Visited this small family run restaurant yesterday and found some interesting meals on the Menu but sadly when inside found 2 of them crossed off the menu.
The quality of food was good and great tasting, overall a good meal but I'd suggest the owners could improve the atmosphere by playing French music and maybe candles on the tables to make it a more romantic experience not a cafe feel that doesn't suit the decor.

I am never disappointed by this place other than its so quiet all the time when many other far inferior places have people queueing to get in. First of all don't confuse this with Los Marineros in the harbour which is rubbish (see my review), this is the small French Restaurant halfway between playa Chica and the harbour which thousands of people walk past daily on their way to the harbour restaurants and bars! The food is simple well cooked French fare. There is an al a carte menu and a plat du jour if you are on a budget. Both are lovely in different ways depending on what you fancy. I particularly liked the rabbit dish on the main menu which was delicious. Meal for 2 inc wine and starters on a la carte came to about 45 euros and same on menu du jour about 30, both of which are great value for very nice well cooked food. The nicest thing however is the relaxed atmosphere, always a nice gap between courses and you never feel rushed. The place is family run , wife cooks and husband waits on and between them they do a great job, I really wish more people would stop by and try it out, we spoke with an lovely Irish couple who have been going to Lanzarote for years and have walked past it most nights. They decided on a whim to try it out and were delighted. If you like to spend a couple of hours over dinner and enjoy a bottle or 2 of wine then this is the place for you.

The daily special was freshly prepared but very basic. Nothing to write home about. We were fed, the price was reasonable, but only went once. It is nicer than some cheesy fast food places, but not special. I feel bad criticizing them, but really it was kind of bland. Nice little place but could use some love in the food department. ...

I have been coming here for years and although still lovely - it has changed ownership.
The food is still lovely and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere is perfect for a romantic evening meal.

This family run business is one of my favourite's in PDC, and we always eat here a couple of times during our holiday. The service is fantastic and we are always greeted with a smile by the French owner - who also finds it amusing us trying to speak our pigeon French. Great value for money- the peppercorn sauce is the best I have ever had - with a good kick of Brandy. Will be back in December!
