“What a fabulous holiday”
Reviewed September 27, 2011

We are mother and daughter; we stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis. The apartment was spacious, a twin bedded room, and large lounge with two settees, a small kitchenette at one end and large balcony at the other end. It was clean, white tiles everywhere. Only two stories high, so only one flight of stairs to climb. We were over the pool area and restaurant. The apartments are very close to the beach and Strip where there are restaurants and bars and music as far as the eye can see on both directions. There is a bus stop on the strip round the corner. The breakfast was mainly continental style, cold meats, cheese, hb eggs, but twice we had fried eggs and beans. As the restaurant is at the side of the pool, you can elect to eat inside or outside by the pool. They have Happy Hour from 2.30 to 5.30 every day

Room Tip: If you have children book a ground floor apartment. If you want to overlook the pool book Block C.

Great location with clean basic rooms. A must for self caterers as there is plenty of dining choices on your door step. not to mention the fact that the quality of food at the apartments leaves alot to be desired. Happy hour facilities do make up for it mind. overall, a great base camp, just wish there was air con in the rooms...

excellent location clean large apartment...on the bad side...the food!!! never go half board restaurant had no air con food inedible..unbelieveable waiter dropped fork on the floor then picked it up scratched his head with it then put it on table for someone to use!...no food at all for children and what we paid for was a so called buffet well omg some kind of buffet every morning toast and coffee was all we could stomach as the so called continental buffet it was warm cheese cold fried egg and some days beans!!...evening meal puke meat soup god knows what the meat was ...hot soup sitting next to cold dessert which melted every night it was a sort of creme caramel with sometimes a rich tea biscuit stuck in top!! as for main meal only half of it was labelled so had no idea what half of it was....a typical meal was sprouts and onions with fish balls and so called meat in sauce!!! salad consisted of tomato cucumber and lettuce ...in ten days we only has potatoes once and were told if familys wanted chips they had to pay extra for them also you were not allowed a drink with yr evening meal even though half board...staff said air con had been cut off also jacuzzi not working and was told it wouldnt be fixed for at least a month....not enough sun beds and were told you could not reserve them by putting towels on them but by 8am all of them were taken....spoke to other familys and found out that at least 3 familys as well as us had complained but staff said its only the british that complain...well maybe thats because we were not catered for! you cannot fault apartments for location but we had to use all our spending money on eating out as did the other familys so i urge you to use these apartments as self catering only..oh and be aware cats roam around restaurant...in 40 plus degrees and no air con not good!

Room Tip: pick d block quiet large and safe .......remember no rooms have air con

When we arrived it was 9pm and reception was closed but there was a poster up telling us our key was in the apartment for us and direction to our apartment, when we entered we were pleased, quite spacious and clean and tidy.
You need to hire a kettle but you get all your money back when u return it. Sunbeds have cushions which is good and the pool bar is very cheap and does a happy hour from 2.30-5.30...2 beers for euro!!!
We had a lunch one day aswell which was tasty and reasonable.
Maides come in most days with fresh towels etc, i would return here again...so close to strip aswell.

Room Tip: near pool and reception

I stayed here with my son and boyfriend for a week in august and must admit I loved every second! It has a excellent location staff are friendly nd helpful. We had a late flight out so they kept our luggage withing reception while we went for dinner. The apartment was perfect very spacious with loadsa storage space. Double bed was two beds pushed together and mattress is hard but we didn't mind after a few drinks you wouldn't notice. Our bedroom was at the back of the apartment so was in the shade we also left window open as there was a covering so no bugs cud get in. Babys cot is a travel cot and was perfect! Pool area was lovely and clean nice beds and loungers! Never ate in the restaurant but it seemed nice! I wud definitely recommend this place:-)

The hotel was amazing!!! Was very surprised to get a very spacious flat with a kitchen, separate living room and big bedroom! We took the room on half board basis and were very pleased with the food and service in the restaurant! The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location, close to shops, clubs and the beach, it was very quiet in the nightime and the only problem we had came from noisy neighbours, but that is not the hotels fault. The swimming pool is very nice and the restaurant by the pool has happy hour from 14.30 on beers and sangria. Overall, we had a perfect holiday!!

Well I stayed here with my bf for a week at the end of July. The location is excellent. Just off the main strip. Its behind the Mc Donalds (and the Mc Donalds is on the main strip) No hills to walk up.
The reception staff are very friendly, as are the grounds keepers and the cleaning staff.
The pool area is lovely. They have a poolside restaurant, which is handy, and really clean. (I never ate there. I just got the odd drink and icepop) The sun loungers are adjustable and you can use a soft mattress type thing to put over them. There are also double beds covered by a canopy if someone wants to sit in the shade. They are really comfortable. The pool itself was really clean. They even have a toilets at the pool area, which are spotless!!
We asked for a sea- view, which was good, but it meant that our apartment was way up the very back of the complex. That was a slight nuisance. Only slight though. The apartment was big, with high ceilings, and very clean. The balcony was big with a table and chairs and clothes horse.
The bedroom was HUGE, with great wardrobe space, and two single beds pulled together, which made one HUGE bed. (It was very big....)
The windows open completely, and they have a cover on the outside to keep the moths and that out.
The breeze blew through our bedroom window and aired out the whole apartment. It was lovely. We rented a fan in advance and didn't even need it!

Bad things: (If I have to be picky)
No TV channels in English
The wifi that I paid for didn't work and the receptionist wasn't much help. I did get the 15 Euro back though

They are the only bad things, and they aren't even bad!
So my advice. Stay here. The price is right, its clean, its central, the staff are friendly, the pool area is nice......
