Just returned from a week here after the new year. We were two family couples just looking for a nice retreat for a week and it was a pleasure all round. The hotel and suites/rooms for couples were super. Everything about this hotel is abundantly clear its geared up for the visitor in every way. The rooms with a large television were of a decent size with a large comfy chair, sofa and a surprising kitchen behind 2 sliding doors. The shower/bathroom were of a decent size as was the bedroom. The balcony has plenty of space too. The whole apartment/suite was very well furnished, very functional and kept spotlessly clean. Kettle, microwave and coffee percolator to assist in the kitchen area if needed. The shower is a walk in type behind a glass panel, quite large. The bedroom has lots of room for your clothes and other belongings with extra blankets or pillows if needed. Towels and bedding changed regularly. The beds were surprisingly comfy as well. The hotel itself has a large indoor and outdoor eating area. The food was plentiful with quite a large choice for all types of visitors from different countries with tea, coffee and orange juice on tap. We had bed and breakfast so I couldn't comment on the evening meals but i cannot imagine them being any different to the rest. The grounds of the hotel were kept impeccably clean and tidy with staff continuously cleaning. There is a generous pool, with another pool amongst the suites across the other side of the road, a child's pool and a Jacuzzi. There is a play area for the children and an area for boules. There is daytime entertainment if you don't want to relax on the plentiful sun beds with the excellent Rafael in attendance. Evening entertainment available if you don't want to get out and about in the evenings. The hotel is around a twenty minute walk to the strip but there are regular buses and taxis which are inexpensive. The staff were as helpful as could be to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. Excellent luggage area for when you are leaving, you can lock your luggage up for free, and showers if needed before you set off with towels provide at reception. Excellent facilities for the less able or disabled with access through ramps and even a disability aid to access the main pool. There was plenty of food available for my wife and her sister who are coeliac. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return in the future. You would be foolish not to consider this place when looking for a holiday here in Puerto Del Carmen.

Lovely accommodation very clean and situated about about a 20 min pleasant walk from a very good range of shops and some very good restaurants, Little ELM amazing but you need to book. We probably wouldn't stay at the apartment again as breakfast was disgusting and I don't think you have the option of it not being included in the price!

We have just had 2 weeks I Lanzarote at the Hyde park lane I am very impressed with the complex very clean and we'll run food is better than ok but very much the same but plenty of it and a huge choice we were B&B so had choice of going out to Puerto del Carmen when we liked. Over all I can not fault our holiday here at at and will most definitely return

Room Tip: We were in apartment 52 but lovely overlooking the garden park

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments. We stayed B n B and the breakfast was more than adequate something for everyone.
They are semi detached bungalows and are so spacious inside and immaculate. There is everything you need for a self catering holiday including a kettle and microwave. There is a walk in shower and a powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a patio area outside with table and chairs although not all bungalows seemed to get the sun
The bungalows are set in nice gardens and are very quiet.
The only negative for some people would be the location. It is about a 10-15 minutes walk to the sea front but we had no problems walking down and getting a taxi back at a cost of approx 4 euros.

Room Tip: All the bungalows looked to be exactly the same and were all ground level

We stayed here as a family of four, our kids are 6 & 4 years old. The complex appears fresh, clean and contemporary. The pool area is well laid out, the apartments are cleaned regularly, have comfy beds and great showers. The breakfast is a typical hotel style buffet with plenty of choice and the dinner, although we didn't eat there looked good too.
The staff are generally friendly, especially Raphael the animations manager who is excellent at his job. There is a small supermarket which is well stocked and we hired our through reception which was very handy.
Location wise it is a short walk to the prom which may not suit everyone but we like to be a little bit back from the strip and taxis are so plentiful and reasonable that it shouldn't impact negatively on a stay here.
Hyde Park Lane is a great option for a Lanzarote break, I can't fault it for our needs.
