Owner description: “Come on kids, there’s lots to see and do. Your adventure is just beginning!” Bet you’ve never heard a goat yodel or a potato talk, but you will at Sundown Market, and with your help all the animals in the musical pet shop will join in the chorus of their very own song. Explore the Rodeo Corral Indoor Play Area and climb aboard the Rocky Mountain Railroad, but hold onto your hats folks, those pesky bandits are popping up everywhere. Be careful not to wake the dragon as you enter the Lollipoppet castle with all its smells of candy. Then its on to the Tractor Ride for a trip around the countryside before talking to the animals on our Animated Farm. Grab those bows and arrows and climb aboard the Robin Hood Ride to join Robin and his merry men as they travel through Sherwood Forest. Then its onto Crash Landings – our fantastic four storey indoor play area and cafe, climb and explore the jungle where you may get a surprise from a cheeky monkey or a slippery snake. Run, swing and play in our bright and colourful Angry Birds Activity Park. Take a spin on the Okie Yolkie ride and bounce along on the Giddy Piggies ride. Don’t Forget to sing and dance along with the Monkeys at Monkey Mischief. Ahoy there! Time to take to the Jolly Pirate Ride – but you better watch out, for who knows were those wicked pirates are lying in wait with a surprise or two! Don’t forget your buckets and spades – you’ll need them in Captain Sandy’s Play Cove. But no one can be scared of the delightful little friends whose lovely scenes lead us through the seasons on to the magical Sleigh Ride through Santa’s traditional winter wonderland, hey, what's that reindeer doing in bed?! when your ready for a break, take the kids for a snack or a treat in one of our cafes or shops where there are lots of goodies available. Also don’t forget, we’re open at Christmas, so come along and ride our fantastic night before Christmas ride before visiting Santa in his Lovely home and receive a free gift for all children aged 2 to 10 years .

Absolutely excellent for the under 9's. Visited here four times now, huge place with lots and lots to do, two huge indoor softplay areas, loads of outdoor playgrounds and other attractions, massive sandy play area. You may need to queue a short while for one or two rides (10-15 mins) but most attractions are self guided. Lots of reasonably priced food outlets and plenty of seating areas for the adults and discrete gift shops. Minor gripes, a few parts of the park are looking a bit tired and need a lick of paint and some tlc and the coffee, although very reasonalbly priced, is not as good as it could be. Overall, you simply have to go if you have children under 9. If you don't go while they're that age - You will miss it forever and that would be a shame!

“fantastic place! well thought out! highly recommend!”
Reviewed August 20, 2014

this place has been recommended to me a few times now and today we finally managed to go, it was amazing! our 4 year old (and us) thoroughly enjoyed it, theres no corner untouched, everywhere you turn there is something that just makes you think wow!
Fantastic value for money, you don't have to pay for anything once you are in there,(except food/drinks) etc, you can see why they charge the fees they do as they really went to town with their ideas and efforts and upkeep too, im really impressed.
theres lots to do, plenty indoor playthings if the weather is bad, but hey it's only rain.
we loved it, no negatives at all, can't wait to go back at Christmas time :-)

“Sundown Adventureland = for 2 - 10 year olds”
Reviewed August 20, 2014

Went to the Sundown Adventureland with old friends = Very much a god Niece.

Had a ball there. There is quite a lot too do.
They do only do weekends at some parts of the year so check out the openings.

The café and shops are reasonably priced.
The gate admission is 13.00 GBP and that is also good value.

Not for lazy parents as there is a lot of walking.
Kids to be accompanied everywhere.

A very fun place to be and we had a ball too.

“So much to do so little time!”
Reviewed August 19, 2014 via mobile

I have visited Sundown many times in the last few years with my two daughters who are now 4 and 6. We love it! There is so much to do and so many things to look at. They particularly love exploring all the little houses that have had some much thought put into them.
There are many different outdoor play areas including a fairly new angry birds area and two big sand areas.
In the angry birds part there are two new rides, a bouncy pig ride and a tea cup style one which are a great addition because they are a bit more exciting than the other train/ tractor rides.
The indoor play areas are a really good size with quite exciting slides.

My only negative points for Sundown is that I think it would be good if they could improve the food served or serve some other options. It's quite expensive for very basic burgers and chips. Also, there is a sign in the cafe for people not to eat their own food inside and we couldn't find any other indoor area where we could do this.
Other than this everything is great!
We will definitely return again soon.
