Ate at this restaurant several times during our stay in Umbria and never disappointed. The staff really try to speak English but not perfect. This certainly adds to the atmosphere. They bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted, adding or removing items from pizzas to suit our taste. The king of pizzas was definitely their Gorgonzola and Walnut - sublime!! Also the proscuito and figs was lovely, and very generous helping for 7 Euro. Wines were also excellent value. We ate in the street with cars squeezing past at regular intervals, but staff dodged traffic to deliver the food piping hot. The pizzas were extremely thin and crispy and loads of topping. You can eat inside but weather was brilliant, so never did. Missing the food already!
