One of my favourite resorts I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived to the marina until we left, we felt like superstars.

When we pulled up to the hotel from the sea, the hotel looked amazing. We were kindly greeted by the general manager and other members including our gem for our stay Ma. I must say Ma was excellent and ensured our stay was as memorable as possible. She organised everything for us and cannot thank her enough.

Yes the hotel is not cheap, however the grounds, rooms, views and staff are unlike anywhere I have stayed. I have to say all the staff members were excellent and were helpful, kind and informative.

We were upgraded to a panoramic sea view room and can easily say this is one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in.

The only small let down was sometimes the food was a bit overcooked. It seemed to be a theme in most of the hotels in Thailand. It is also worth noting that the hotel do try and give more healthy options. I am still giving the hotel 5 stars for the overall experience.

If we do ever return to Thailand I will definitely be paying six senses another visit.

We spent one week in a double villa on the beach. Paradise on earth with a breathless view on all the small islands and rocs than decorate the color of the sea and the sky. We spent hours just admiring the view in the perfect silence, with a background of birds and cicadas sounds. Unbelievable, superb. The service is at the top, we had MA as our butler and she is not only beaufiful outside but also inside. Always on time, always smiling, always ready to help, the best of the best. We also enjoyed some boat trips around the island and of course all the restaurants of the six senses resort. We will return, of course.

Truly amazing hotel with impeccable and personal services. We had a dedicated GEM (Natty) and housekeeper (Chacha) who took such good care of us that we felt like pampered royalties in our second home. They would take time to understand our likes and dislikes from the start and immediately personalise our villa (eg. stocking our minibar every day with our fav drinks, my fav fruits in our daily fruit basket, setting up our king bed such that my side of the bed has a thin blanket while my husband had a thicker duvet, and all the other little touches). Our panoramic pool villa had the best views and we woke up every morning to watch the glorious sunrise! The villa had a romantic outdoor shower where two can shower under the sky full of stars at night, a bathtub with a gorgeous view for 2 to soak, a pool with an outdoor patio perfect for soaking, staring at the view, and lazing around serenaded by many types of birds singing and dancing in the sky. The villa was so comfortable that we ended up abandoning most of our outdoor plans, choosing to just laze around in our villa. We also want to compliment the chefs as they cooked the best Thai food with great quality and the freshest ingredients. Joy and Wan Sao who served us breakfast every morning with such beautiful smiles, it was impossible to start the day on a wrong note. We love the sustainability efforts and how the resort gives back to the community that we feel every dollar we spend at the resort is well worth it. This was the best holiday for us. We have never felt so recharged at the end of a holiday and we will definitely be back again.

AMAZING PLACE Our favourite of the six senses we have visited
Just spent 10 nights here and could have stayed longer.
We used the hotel limo transfer from Phuket airport to their jetty then speedboat to the island which was seamless and gives a great view of the ‘forest of islands’
The resort is beautiful, quiet, secluded, you could imagine there are no other guests there when in your villa.
We had a hideaway villa which was amazingly spacious, and well equipped.
All staff from arrival to departure, management, hosts, restaurant staff, fitness, beach, buggy drivers, gardeners are so genuinely friendly, helpful and courteous that the whole experience was a pleasure. You are assigned to a GEM (general experience manager) who checks with you every day, and organises restaurant and experience bookings, time you want ice delivered to the room etc.
The food in all restaurants was superb, breakfast probably the best we’ve ever had, and served until 11am which lets you do the gym etc before without rushing.
There is complimentary yoga at 8am everyday in an open air pavilion, an extremely well equipped gym. Private lessons in various aspects of yoga and fitness available and a lovely spa.
Activities include kayaking, long boat trips around the forest of islands and ‘James Bond Island’, tuk tuk island tours, cycling tours ( also complimentary use of bikes for you to self guide)
There are 2 beaches, a roped off section for swimming which felt safe although there was a day with jellyfish which we were warned about. As all villas have a private pool there is only one communal pool, at the Hilltop, with a gorgeous infinity pool and stunning views of the surrounding islands. If I was being really picky then my only suggestion for improvement would be to make this adults only.
I could go on but basically, we will definitely return, recommend it wholeheartedly.
Regardless of facilities, staff can make or break a resort and I can honestly say that every member was amazing, special thanks to Alicia (hope you’re still married after Lindt gate!), and Walter (we love Switzerland really!)

What an amazing location.

You get seduced by all the great pictures into booking and you're not let down. The views, the standard of accommodation, the quality of food, the friendliness of staff and the quality of facilities all add up to an amazing experience.

You'll get picked up at Phuket Airport and taken by luxury car to your boat which will then transfer you to the island and a lovely welcome by the staff. You'll be given a buggy tour and soon realise how valuable these buggies are given how hilly the resort is.

Then you arrive at your villa. We had an Ocean Deluxe Pool Villa which was amazing. An infinity pool with views over the ocean, plenty of outside room to sunbathe/ chill (including an undercover shaded area), huge space in the actual villa, with huge inside and outside showers (as well as a bath with ocean views), a lovely comfortable bed (with pillow menu should you wish to change) and not only a mini-bar but also a wine fridge - perfect!! Wifi was also good (and all around the resort).

You'll also be introduced to your GEM, who is effectively your 24/7 PA who will arrange everything you need (dinner reservations, spa treatments, excursions, anything you need changed around the villa etc etc). We had Ice, who was simply amazing nd couldn't do enough for us.

All the restaurants offer amazing menus with localised themes and plenty of choice catering for everyone's tastes. You can also finish off a couple of meals with a cinema viewing on the beach.

The Spa and Fitness suite are very good. Plenty of CV and weight machines and free weights in a good sized AC gym. There is a PT should you wish while there are also regular yoga classes through the day.

The trips and excursions are very good. We done the kayaking tour and also the trip round the islands both by long tail boat and both thoroughly recommended.

So an amazing destination which is well worth visiting. Being a Six Senses it isn't cheap. The only point of note is that they do allow children, however, if you stay in your villa pool and/ or take trips during the day you'll only notice them when visiting the restaurants.
