Koyao Bay Pavilions is a great place if you want peace and want to relax. We rented taara villa. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The villa is beautiful and very well kept and presented on arrival. it is a little walk from the beach, but this adds for the privacy and the serenity of the whole experience on KoYao. we had our private 15-20m pool. We hired motorbikes through Olivier which enabled us to see the whole island. the beach at Koyao Bay Pavilions was the best beach on the island we saw. very beautiful looking out to the Karst islands. Our children enjoyed the swings on the beach, and we really managed to time our time at the beach at high tide. We kayaked out to the nearby island for an adventure and climbed through caves to the top. Snorkelling etc is not great in general, but the water was lovely and warm to swim in. Olivier will help you organise any activity there. The transfer tour to our next destination was also a highlight - with special mention of the packed lunch. La Sala of course provided us with most of our meals - all were very good.
