We had an amazing holiday, thanks to the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. We found that the staff were so willing to help you if they could and if they couldn't then they found someone who could. The place was beautiful with the jungle and the backdrop and the vista off the beach looking out at the awe inspiring limestone islands and Krabi in the distance. This then allowed the nature to be a wonderful balance between resort and glamping. The rooms with the outdoor shower and the verandah in each allowed you to relax totally. The yoga in the hut at the end of the beach was one of the most amazing places to practice that it will be a lasting memory and a cherished one. Thanks to all the staff once again that made our holiday such a memorable one.

Transferred out by speed boat to the island which was a great way to arrive. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room which was right at the top of the complex. A few stairs to negotiate but the peace and quiet made it very worthwhile. Wi-Fi was excellent.
We had breakfast in the al-fresco restaurant included in our package and the range of food was excellent. This restaurant is then open all day from 10am to 10pm for lunch and dinner. (There is also a fine dining restaurant to which we went one night but were a bit disappointed with both the meals and the long wait) No money needed on the island, just charge everything to your room and pay by credit card when you leave.
The pool in the resort is excellent and scrupulously clean There are a few lounges on the edge of the pool and lots more right along the beach. Plenty of opportunities to relax.
Kayaks, badminton, table tennis and lots of other activities. There are no shops in the resort but a trip into "town" is easy and quite interesting. There are also lots of activities which can be arranged for you like fishing or snorkelling expeditions or trips to the sea caves or to ride the elephants. The staff in the activity centre are helpful and speak good English.
We had a lovely experience and will recommend this resort to our friends.

Room tip: Rooms at the top are quiet but there are a few stairs. Rooms with easy access are available.

DO NOT book this hotel. The hotel represents itself fraudulently, and the staff becomes belligerent when guests try to resolve the discrepancies.

We tried for two weeks before arriving to contact the hotel in order to arrange for a transfer from the airport, which was included in our reservation. The hotel was completely unresponsive to three emails and six phone calls. When we finally made contact, we were informed that transfer is provided only once a day.

As our flights were booked beyond the 2pm transfer time, we were offered no assistance to make it from the airport. When we tried to cancel the reservation, since we could not get to the hotel, the staff refused to cancel the reservation and charged our credit card in full. They also prohibited Hotels.com, through which the reservation was booked, from overriding and cancelling the reservation on our behalf.

We were charged full price for a stay which the staff made it impossible to use. Completely unresponsive and belligerent toward guests. You never think you're going to have a problem with a hotel or reservation, but if you do, this is not the place that you want to be dealing with. There are so many amazing resorts in this area, with incredibly helpful hotel staff. Why bother with the difficulty if something goes wrong?

We had a great time here, the speedboat trip there was fun too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they were always attentive to our needs. We stayed in a jacuzzi studio, the room was amazing and very clean. There is free WiFi throughout the resort and it was fast and reliable.

There are many activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking that you can do or you can just chill out on the beach or pool side.

Happy hours were great and prices for food and drink were reasonable too.

Great for couples, or a group of friends, but families would have a good time too. It is a bit isolated but that is what you expect for an island getaway. You can get to the village by a vehicle that you can book from the resort at a small cost, bumpy ride but fun.

We will certainly come back but probably with a group of friends next time.
