Walking into Hemingways is like walking into the tired and uninspiring hotels in old British seaside resorts. You notice the sign on the wall saying when the hotel opened in the 80s. I suspect nothing has changed since. The rooms are functional and would be fine for a single night on a business trip, not for a supposed luxury break by the lovely Kenyan coast. Even down to the roof of the bathroom which looks like the ceiling from an extension to a school building. I would not recommend this place.
