As a young couple we visited at the end of the year. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, I can't thank them enough. The hotel, beach, pool and restaurant were all excellent. We enjoyed the delicious variety of fresh local vegetables and fruit, mouth watering local menus and truly delicious pasta dishes. The night entertainment was good, though too much Italiano MC-ing . Security was well established both in the hotel area and the private beach.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: A cottage/room with beach view would be great

I just came back from my vacation in Watamu. I stayed at the Temple Point Resort, booked it through booking.com, first mistake. Since one of my friends cancelled we had to stay in one room, 3 people, and they refused to allow us to pay less. They had all our reservation details wrong so first they told us we were on full board, then they downgraded us to BB, and asked us to wear a bracelet. The food is very bad, no flavor, and very basic. The staff is not well trained so they know nothing about customer service. They took ages to help us carry our stuff to the room. The hotel is full of Italians so everything is in Italian. Unless you enjoy hanging with them, I recommend not to go since you will feel kind of "left out"... even the shows are in Italian, so we couldnt understand. Lots of activities in the hotel. The hotel itself is nice, and it has a good although very hot swimming pool with sea water. IT does not have a beach front, but if you walk behind the hotel, you will find your little private beach which was really beautiful. In general terms, I dont recommend this place.

Have to say that it's truly amazing..The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to every need of our customers. the atmosphere is quiet, peacefull, a true rejuvenating experience for your spirit and soul. Very nice and well-kept garden. This is the first time I have ever stayed that beautiful place. The area is wonderful and great laid out, the hotel belonging beach section is a dream! Exotic flair in beautiful surroundings. Everything was very large and spacious. Big pool with comfortable sun loungers included sun screens. About activities, animation was officially offered, but not regularly instead of. The reason for this could be, that five consecutive days of steep rained and the possibilities very limited were. But also if the weather is nice was the offer only partially available. If you'have ever been to Kenya is, should the area not to be missed. I have everything there and were completely satisfied.

Welcomed by the customer relations lady who was very pleasant and gave us a good introduction to the facilities available at the resort, which by the way are quite extensive.
Shown to our huge room with large veranda.
Accommodation very comfortable and well maintained.
Food and service in dining room was excellent, soft drinks plus wine included in rates.
Lovely views over Mida Creek which is very clean compared with the beach at Malindi.
Excellent swimming pool, entertainment area and sports facilities.
African theme evening was excellent with great traditional food.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the Mida Creek are porbaly the best ones

Great hotel. The staff were welcoming and courteous. We had a family room which was large and spacious. Pool facilities great with plenty of activities at no extra cost such as kayaking along the creek. Overall great. Being a local resident it was great treatment.

I was in Temple Point Resort with my giorlfrind after 4 days of Safari in Tsavo Est & West and Amboseli. The room is very clean and large with a lot of comforts: air conditioned, lcd tv, frigo bar with fresh water and more.

The resort have a lot of activities to do at sports area: tennis, soccer, beach volley, archery, beache soccer and kayak. A nice relax area with massage spa over the sea and a wide a fantastic pool for swimming until the sun goes down!

Two restaurant, one with good pizza complete the perfect place to relax and enjoying after 4 days of long safari! The animation staff is cool heading by italian boy Domenico!
AFRICAAAAAAAAA is waiting you at Temple Point Resort!

Room Tip: Choose, if possible, a room near the swimming pool.

The most arrogant manager ever. A dress code for dinner, no problem, however you may see the manager in shorts and a tshirt for dinner. The Internet if working is worse than dial-up. The food was ok. The staff was considerate, however did not seem to be as personal as other hotels in the area. The room, are small, so small in fact when I turned in the shower, I would bump into the handle causing the water temp to change. I just did not feel comfortable in the hotel. I felt more like an inconvenience placed in the hotel.
