Cannot understand why this is rated 3-star as it merits being a 4-star establishment. Nice modern hotel in a quiet part of the town and opposite the impressive ruins of the ancient abbey. My room had a kettle, tea and coffee (instant) but no a/c. Unfortunately I was put in a room with a window blind that was closed and broken. After complaining the hotel offered to move me to another room but as I had already partly unpacked and was staying only two nights, I declined. But why put me in a dark room in the first instance?
The restaurant had a good value menu for dinner and the breakfast choice was very good (including smoked salmon).
This was the third Best Western PLUS hotel I stayed at in France and all were of a high quality. I shall bear this in mind in future.More
