Since my childhood monis was my favorite, but gradually I stopped gng due to detoriorating food. After nearly 6-7 years decided to give monis a try after hearing positive reviews. The place was packed at 1 pm, so reach early or have a reservation. The ambience was still the same with light music. Theres wide range of food here.We had thom ka soup and lemon coriander soups. Thom ka was little heavy and was made out of coconut milk.In starters we had corn cheese kabab, sholay kabab and chicken shanghai. All were equally good. Main course comprised of Veg lajawab, cham cham kofta and butter chicken. The veggies were v good and so was the chicken. It wasnt sweet as the usual butter chicken which was a plus. Chicken friedrice was yum!! Overall a nyc experience. Service tuk a while but could be neglected seeing the huge rush.
