I have been a regular visitor to Juhu Versova outlet of Banana Leaf. Right from reservation to to service in Thane outlet sucks. I doubt whether its the same management. How can service differ so much. They serve you sambar in such a small katori and expect to finish big dosa. If you ask them for additional they take ages to come. by then you would have finished your food. i have already told the management there but no improvement. How much can the outlet save from giving less sambar??? This has been a regular affair. They just dont seem to get this message.
Yes the food is good since there are no south indian joints in Thane. But given a choice of another South Indian joint will ditch them for sure. Finally its not taste that matters its the experience with family that matters.
