Launch in a castle, and afterlaunch nap in the faboulus garden...what else do u want?
Service was extremely good, posh but not so expensive.
The desserts were superb, especially creme brulee pistache!!!

Very romantic decor. Limited seatings so reservation is a must. Every dish is enjoyable. Very good wine list but slightly pricey. Not all waiters speak English. It's kind of embarrassing for them when they have to introduce all kinds of the cheese (more than 15 types) to us in French (I guess they're required to), even though they know that we don't understand any French at all. The English speaking customers all can't help but laughed at that point.

My husband and I booked this hotel and restaurant for his birthday after 5 days in Paris. The drive to Chateaux D'Etoges from Paris is so lovely and the hotel was so romantic. The swans in the moat and the big sprawling landscape are breathtaking! The two nights dining at the restaurant were a fairy tale come true. We purchased the 75 Euros Gastronomic plans and it was so well priced considering the quality of each course!

From the first through the fifth courses we kept taking pictures because each course was even more amazing than the last. I would love to go back for another 2-3 nights. The surrounding countryside is so lovely and we toured the little champagne caves all over the countryside! Visited Moet et Chandon as well as the little cave right up the street from the Chateau! Lovely Lovely!

I had the duck entree and my husband had the bouef one night and we had the rabbit and the duck the second night but every thing on the menu is amazing!

We stayed at this lovely Chateau for one night and loved it. The restaurant was a nice surprise, very high class and standards. We had been to Michelin-star restaurants the everings before but this restaurant was not far behind. Best of all, they had a vegetarian-menu!! Not very easy being a vegetarian in France by the way.... Food and wine was top notch.

Staff was polite and correct but somewhat stiff and robot-like. Two waitresses stood still in one corner, a few meters away, for a long while. I tried to get eye-contact with them since I had a question but then I realised they were waiting for their specific task and that task only. Strange.

We had the desk at the Château make our reservation for us and what a wonderful suprise upon arriving at the restaurant. The staff was attentive and very unpretentious. The food was unbelievably delicious. There is a very extensive wine list especially the selection of champagne. This was a terrific dining experence. I would come back if I have the chance.
