I was communting between Saint JoOhn and Fredericton frequentky for a while and stopped for brekfast regularly. I went through the drive through almost half teh time either they got myo order wrong or were out of certain items..including eggs! Now really, how can you be out of eggs when that is all you serve for breaksfast and they are microwaved and stored on a steam table. Sorry, but that is silly. Same with bagels. They are prepared and shipped to the store and defrosted. Is it that hard to deforost a popular type of bagel? I would come through around 8 am and they are out of the few brekfast items they have on teh menu. Amazing. Manager, have a look at the stats you collect in your Point of Sale system and get a trend so you can prepare properly. You should look at "requested not available" as an item to track so you cn see where you are going wrong. The menu is simple so this is not a difficult task. You are not serving expensive, perishable food here.
One positive note...your staff is always friendly when tehy say they don;t have what I want or pass me my incorrect order
