Went for dinner at Kenny Rogers, Genting Highlands in the first week of May 2013.
One of the staff took our order and fifteen minutes later, another staff approaches us saying that they have run out ice and cannot serve us any drinks from the menu.
Another fifteen minutes later, we are informed that they need another 30 minutes to serve the chicken and proceeds to serve the side orders first (stale coleslaw and cold mashed potatoes) without taking our consent.
The only saving grace was the chicken which was decent. We had to wait for another 5 minutes to get cutlery after the main dish was served.
It seems like the whole of Genting Highlands is managed by interns and part-timers who have no clue about the service/hospitality industry.
