2 of my cousins and I stayed for 2 nights in January 2020. We had the 1 bedroom suite on the 30th floor. Service was excellent, especially the crew at reception which includes Margaret and Johnny! They understood our needs and catered to it and were super nice in the process.

Breakfast was excellent, overall hotel room is clean with comfortable bedding. I recommend this hotel!

The only downside which is not that bad is that it’s not located in the main Genting mall/area, it’s a 10 minute drive to it. Which isn’t long, and there is a free shuttle, but it comes every hour, also leaves hotel every hour. It’s a curvy road - however during the day has beautiful views.

Our goal is to make all of our guests feel at home and well-taken care of hence I am elated to know that Margaret & Johnny offered a very personable service. Your comments have been shared with them as well as all the team members and they are overjoyed to receive such positive compliments.

In fact, one of our best features is the fact that our hotel provides hourly shuttle to/from Sky Avenue via First World Entrance from 9.00am to 12.00mn daily. The last session of free shuttle bus service from First World Entrance to our hotel is at 12.15mn, hence we strongly suggest to use our bus facility within the operating hours, as well as for safety concern.

2 bedroom fits a family of 5. (4 adults and 1 kid). Spacious. Wide range of breakfast options. The view from the room was nice but when we stayed there last Dec 26 to 28, it was too foggy so we never really saw the beauty of view from our balcony. Twas chilly which makes it nice. There is a scheduled complimentary shuttle to bring you to First World Hotel and back. Like a 10-min drive. Overall, it was a good experience.

Bad experience during our stay in the Hotel. The room isn’t soundproof. We can hear door bell ringing and people talking along the corridor and neighbours room. On our last night, A families came to stay in the Next room. The kids were shouting and the parents were talking loudly. It became worst in the next morning, the kids were playing the door bell and woke us up from our sleep. The hotel also have poor facilities, the heated pool is not warm and there is no hot water in the shower room after our swim.
Transportation: The hotel is about 10min drive to the first world hotel /Themed Park. The free shuttle bus service only come every 1 hour and seats are limited. A hotel that accommodates so many people only provide 13 seats in their shuttle bus. Many guests ended up paying for taxi service (15-30rm, 40rm on midnight services) to get to the theme park. Advance booking of the shuttle bus is needed to get a space in the bus. Thankfully their staffs is present and their breakfast is good.

Besides, we would like to highlight that the mentioned 13 seats shuttle is a shuttle van, we do provide 25 seats capability shuttle bus as well.

The hotel is quite new and facilities still in good condition. The scenery is awesome here. However, there is no hot water pool as mentioned which is kinda of disappointed for my family members when we're there. The location is not that strategic as it's a bit far from the sky avenue, casino and etc. However, free shuttle is provided but required pre-booking to secure a place. Overall experience is good but there is still room for improvements. ^_^

Other popular attraction are conveniently accessible as well including Chin Swee Caves Temple, World of Phalaenopsis, Genting Premium Outlet, Strawberry Leisure Farm, Happy Bee Farm and many more!

A great place to stay even though it's quite far from the entertainment center in Genting. I can't connect all my devices to the wifi, I called the front desk for help, but no one came to fix it. Maybe they are busy on Christmas Eve.
