We booked a tour with Giuseppe in October and had a very interesting tour of Mt Etna. There were three people in our group and we could choose what we wanted to see while we were driving up the mountain. We opted for a crater and the visit of a volcanic cave. On both sites we were the only group around with other tourists only recognizable in the distance.
Giuseppe grew up at Mt Etna and knows both the area and the volcano very well. There was not a single question about the volcano that he couldn't answer. He always took care that the tour was appropriate to every member of the group. The tours can get demanding but I'm sure that Giuseppe can find the proper route for everyone.

Guiseppe was very relaxed and friendly with a lot of patience. He took us to some lovely spots. We happened to have the first day of snow for the season on Mt Etna. He had great knowledge of the area and a passion for history and the volcano. Lovely small group personalised day. Thabks Guiseppe!

I loved that Giuseppe picked us up from our apartment and that we had a private tour. We were able to throw our hats, coats, boots, food into the boot of the car and off we went. Giuseppe is clearly passionate about Etna and knowledgeable too. He took us to beautiful sites of lava flow, craters, caves with safety gear. Despite the mass tourism on Etna, we barely saw another sole. He knew how to avoid the coach trips. I have 2 daughters aged 10 and 13. They struggled with some of the walking but we took regular breaks to allow them to catch up. It was a half day tour so I was expecting just a few hours but we got real good value time.
