This was our second visit to this hotel and hope will soon visit again.
This place is superb. We went there by public transport from Vienna and they were eager to pick us up and drop us off at bus station.
Have direct access to Therme Tatzmansdorf but a relax room of their own overlooking the Therme. There are lots of saunas/steamrooms/jacuzzi to spend whole day doing something.
In price is entry to Therme , a cold afternoon buffet and one of the best set of Dinners we ever had.
For people visiting Austria to spend a few days here will be a thing to remember

Great hotel and one of the best spas in Austria.
Hotel is nicely designed and you get a good relaxing feeling in this hotel. Food is great and restaurant service is excellent. Rooms are good sized and nicely designed. I have had such a great time here that I ended up staying 3 extra nights and will be going again in the next couple of months since I only live 3h from here. The Burgenland therme and the hotel are attached which is great. Hotel has in house spa which is more than enough(sauna, 2 dampfbad ,solegrotto and quit erea) but has no in house pool. Upstairs from this is the Spa island Berghofer and offers good massages and many other beauty treatments at good prices. Been to the Burgenland therme many times before my stay here and find it one of the best. Great selection of saunas and steamrooms and the nice thing is it is never really overly crowded even during the high season. Pool opens @07:00 for hotel guests and is recommended to take a morning swim and take in the beautiful scenery and sunrise.
Only complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel. Hotel is clean but the small things are overlooked in the rooms such as picture frames, towel rack and glasses in minibar, and hallways.(lights) Hopefully like me you’ll be so relaxed that this will not really bother you.
Also for pet owners, Dogs are allowed, 15€per night(25€ end cleaning only when dog has been extremely dirty in room) and Bad Tatzmannsdorf has lots of good walking trails for the little one.

This is a mid-priced modern Spa hotel in a sleepy Burgenland village about an hour from Graz airport. The all inclusive rate includes an excellent breakfast, dinner and afternoon cakes, so maybe you'll need access to their amazing array of Saunas and pools. The hotels own spa facilities includes 2 steam rooms, a laconium and Finnish sauna, no pool though. But you also get unlimited free entry to the linked Burgenland Spa which has hot (thermal) and cool (sports) pools plus its own sauna area which seems to have and endless array of saunas and steam rooms (at least 10) at different temperatures, massage showers and pool not to mention the cold plunges for those who like that sort of thing.
Another thing if your from the UK and want to get away from your countrymen, here we did not meet another UK or US guest on either of our two visits. The staff do, in general, speak some English, are pleasant and the hotel had the courtesy to translate the menu into English (most of the time).
If you hire a car there are at least a weeks worth of places to go, but I always find it difficult to find these when you’re their, so do your research before going. You can even get as far a Vienna with an early start.
Any downsides, well you do have to share the Burgenland Spa with the outside world but we never found that a problem, you can get in before breakfast for a swim and then you’ll probably be alone. In any case we’ve stayed a number of spas in Austria and the compromise made here results in good value for money. Oh yes and don’t bother if your shy, the sauna areas are strictly “no swimwear” and it would be a waste to miss out on the extensive facilities.
