Ohtels Campo de Gibraltar

Stayed 4 nights. Friendly greeting when we arrived by the reception staff. We had a "Standard " room, which was of a good size, spotlessly clean, and well maintained (everything worked). All of the staff were friendly cheerful and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was good value (5 Euro pp when booked in advance), with a good variety of both continental style cold and hot food freshly available. Well situated a few minutes walk from the border and airport. There are cheap buses from the border up to the Market Square from where you can get anywhere in Gibraltar. Excellent value for money.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front may be noisy as the main coast road passes in front of the hotel. We found the s...

Perfect for a short stay. Make sure you get a Rock view. The Bar closes early if there are no guests around. Breakfast was good and Buffet style..Rooms were clean.. I was part of an organised group for Christmas shopping in Gibraltar, check in was speedy and well organised. There is a taxi stop outside which is handy.Staff very friendly and helpful. Due to our tight schedule, I was unable to use the Sports Facilities. I would stay there again, for a bit longer next time.

Room Tip: Higher floors have better views of the Rock but more road noise.

This is more 2-3 star but is modern clean and relatively comfortable. Food is average but cheap. Not really a place you'd spend a week, but ideal for 1-2 day trip. Very handy to walk to Gibraltar border.

Room Tip: Views of water and Gibraltar are nice.

Situated within 500M of the (dreadful) border crossing into Gib this hotel offers excellent value for money. Good sized, comfy rooms, clean and well maintained pool and adequate restaurant. If you're visiting Gib you can save ££££'s by staying here instead of on The Rock. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for one looking out to The Rock. Those at the back have a poor view over La Linea and are not to...

For just an overnight stay it is quite good, clean, nice comfy bed. We got a view of the Rock of Gibraltar and the beache which was just walking distnace, nice balcony view. Don't expect any little luxuries like toiletries i.e. shampoo or gel that most 4 star hotels provide. Breakfast was standard buffet enough to keep your hunger at bay but nothing spectacular. Not enough lifts and sometimes you had a queue of people waiting. Staff friendly and helpful from the reception to the cleaners in the hallway. Has a very small pool and not a lot of loungers. Underground parking facility quite safe for a fee of 6 euros per day as it was an enclosed garage. Walking distance of Gibraltar and walking distance of La Linea's Main Street and also walking distance of the bus terminal where you can get a bus for all over Spain.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view towards the beach or the Rock a side view will do.

This Hotel was a great location. In La Linea in close proximity to the lovely Tapas bars in the centre, the beach, and walking distance to the border with Gibraltar. The pool, which was salt water, was small, but there was never many people round the pool so plenty of sunbeds. The room are adequate, with a balcony with tables and chairs. The view from our room was amazing with a full view of the Rock of Gibraltar, Gibraltar Airport and the Marina at La Linea.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing, but it has a fridge for storing water etc. I'd stay again as I felt the price was reasonable.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the Rock

A 10 minutes walking distance from Gibraltar - that's the best that can be said about this hotel. Its facade was rather ugly, our room could have used a bit of renovation (the plaster was peeling off of the ceiling), and cleanliness was something to be wished for. Only 30 minutes of free Internet access per device was provided. During breakfast, we noticed that people were leaving their coffee untouched after the first sip (so we opted for tea instead). However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and a decent all-you-can-eat dinner was offered for 10 euros (just avoid any kind of pasta - especially if you have ever tried it in Italy). There is absolutely nothing to see in La Linea itself, but there is a promenade next to the hotel, with a nice view of the Rock of Gibraltar.
