We saw this place during the day for lunch and decided against it because the prices were so unreasonable. Here in Juquehy, most of the restaurants are overpriced (e.g. salada mista at 49 real), but at Badaue a whole fish dish is about 150 real, grilled fish with rice & potatoes is 70 real (and the restaurant we went the day before had fish for 22 real). As a result, we skipped it for lunch but came for dinner. For dinner my partner had the fried calamari, which he considered slightly below average. I chose the 'robatas' which were essentially grilled skewers. I bought one broccoli, one cheese and one chicken and made a light dinner out of it. It wasn't amazing, but given the other pricier alternatives it was a nice cost efficient meal. The service was great, and we very much enjoyed the atmosphere. At night, they play nice background music, have candlelight tables and you enjoy the sound of the ocean in the background. With more reasonable prices I might have rated it more favorably, but given I ordered three skewers, my partner had an appetizer, and we ordered two bottles of water the quality does not warrant the 120 real we paid. If price is truly no option, check it out - its a solid option. Otherwise - skip it.
