Pros:
+big and well-organized territory,
+blue flag beach,
+renovated rooms in bungalows,
+lots of food (but not really various) and drinks 24x7 available
Cons:
- very poor animation - really careless. If you stay 100m far from the main pool, you'll never be informed about activities or shows
- most of staff speak only russian and turkish.
- if you want to get a good table, take grill or somme fruits for your dinner, you should come to the main restaurant exaclty before the dinner starts, otherwise you risk to settle for leavings.

Russians are numerous but not agressive, mostly with small children, so not drink too much.

ATTENTION! If you're a woman you should wear training shoes to visit their fitness center. Otherwise you will enjoy gender discrimination.
If you're a man - don't care about, you can do your workout even in your favourite slippers.

Room Tip: wonderful sea view from Hill rooms standart rooms in bungalows are renovated

Very big territory with verious types of the beach. Rooms in bungalo are comfortable enough, but floor without carpet. Food in the restaurant is good, but if you want something from grill, you must stay in a long queue. Animation is poor, so in the evening you don't have any entertainment. The staff is slow, not helpful. The hotel's advantage is excellent location.

good sides

staff: hardworking and nice. most of them speak russian, only few english.
food: excellent. various and fresh.
hotel "club rooms": ok. more 3+* than 5*. old, but clean and maintained. pretty human environment of the hotel in general, with lot of greenery.
beaches: ok. clean, maintained. sand, pebbles, concrete, wooden platforms.

other sides

hotel location: although situated at the nice corner of nature and sea, it's isolated, so if you are a more active tourist, like long walks with different scenery, a visit to a local place, meeting local people, you have to walk 700m to the main road, catch a dolmush and go to kemer.

noise: a bit noisy until late night due to animation programs that start in the evening.

russian tourists: majority of guests. different perception of life. spontaneously rude, except few of them which are nice, like to "fight" for food and drinks, to push you out of the queue. adore watermelon.

The hotel is situated in a perfect area with three beaches for everybodies taste. The good thing also is that the pool is very clean, constantly filled with clean water and refreshingly cool. Lots of green areas and pine trees. Shadows around the pool. The animation is fairly good with plenty of activities around the clock. Some if the animation staff is very nice and friendly, some seem that they are forced to be there. Nice ans funny pool games, lots of aerobic, yoga and dance classes. At evenings one can enjoy very entertaining performamcies by varios acrobat and music groups. Animation for chuldeen can be better. Hotel staff doea not speak English, Russian is the only language you can use around the resort. That is frustrating. The bar tenders are not motivated as tourists mostly Russians are not leaving any tips and are constantly gueing for drinks and food that they are leaving as trash as they take bulks of food that they are not able to consume. Club rooms are dissapointing for a five star hotel, but the organization and the cleaness of the resort is compensatory for that as one doea not stay in the room other than at night. There are a lot of things to do aroumd the day and different places in the resoet you can go to get a different feeling. I loved the silent beach, as it was very unique. My kids loved the place and it ia generally very safe for the children and your personal belongings. The kids were able to walk around the resort without my fear that they can slipp some place or fall down from slippery surfaces. We would come back definitly, even though we dont like to come back to the same places over and over. It is worth the price, as there is plenty of food and drinks served at different places around the resort during the whole day. Free sun beds and towels are a big us for the budget. I havent tried the wellness center simplybecuase the staff got on my nerves as they could not understand a word in English. That is so surprising to me, yet again one learns something new every day. I have travellrd a lot in my life, but was never exposed to "community" of Russians, so now I know. Its probably not their fault, as they simply never got the chance to learn English.
