“It's not five star, but it's ok hotel.”

If you want to go in hotel with 5 stars don't choise this one. Hotel is old and he's need full reconstruction. Location of hotel is very good, it's on the beach. Sea is very, very clean and warm, it's beautiful. Showers on the beach are very cold (I don't know why). We had room at 4.flor they cold corner room wich was a little bit dirty but with very nice beach and resort view. The elevators (lifts) were always had ugly, ugly smell and they were so dirty. Food was ok but glasses, plates were sometimes dirty. Service was polite. Sleep quality was not so good. That was because of loud (sometimes russian) music from outside wich was wakes me up at 2 am in the morning. The public toilets were dark and dirty. Overall, me and my family spent a good time in this hotel.

Room Tip: Corner suites are large and sunny, but only whit sea view. We were at room number 1402.

I'll not reiterate what was mentioned in many previous reviews. This hotel is currently intended to be a summer vacation village for primarily former Soviet Union countries' mid-class families (although there were many, many local population guests at the time we were there). This season's price was 50 euros per adult person per day (all inclusive, excluding air transfer) and you get almost exactly what you have paid for. Accommodation is decent, in case you insist at the reception desk and wait for some time (even a day or two). Food is good, with a variety of dishes and opportunities for afternoon snacks (lunch) without entering the main restaurant (home-made börek is delicious, ether with yoğurt or bira/beer). Beach is wonderful, sea is very warm, clear and clean. Entertainment for this season was not bad at all, it looks that they were giving their best (but do not expect professional variété). Overall, if not paying attention to minor issues, I spent with my family very nice 10-day summer holidays in the Royal Palm Resort.
PS: Try to visit the Antalya Aquarium (take a dolmuş in front of the hotel, get out at the Migros Sq, and buy the entrance ticket directly at the Aquarium box office). It is worth seeing.

Room Tip: The first or the second floor are the best options, because you wouldn't rely on elevators only.

We were in jun in this hotel and we are very satisfied. Even some people that we meet there told us that their room was dirty and the beach pool was also not clean.. we experienced something different. We got a great room on 5th floor with a beach view, everything was enough clean, they cleaned our room every day and changed our towels. A food was great and so many different kind of food and it was served the whole day long,
the foods include internationally and Turkish foods. Snacks were very delicious. I had totally satisfaction from food and restaurants and bars.
Beach is pretty and pool was clean when we came. The staff is polite and entertaiment Crew is something what i would recommend. They took care of all quests, that we don't get bored so they made some performances as at the day so at the night.
The whole point is: Hotel should be renovated soon as possible. It is not really 5 stars, I would say it is 4 stars hotel.. But the price is also obviously and this is good value for money.
I would give one 9 for this hotel.. What I didn't like - the stuff speak bad English.
We had a great time there, and I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: 5th floor, i think 1506

We booked this hotel through Voyager travel agency in Skopje after traveling from Sweden first to visit my husbands relatives and friends in Macedonia . I must say this first day is a mixture of feelings. First, I agree with all the other recensions. This is NOT a five star hotel with ultra all inclusive. The public spaces like WC's are dirty, dark and without paper and soap. The carpets are old and damaged and almost all furniture is worn out. After almost immediately complaining to our travel agency 'Fibula' they are trying to rebook us to another hotel and I really do hope that it will be without any extra cost.
When we had our lunch there was only one servant for 30 tables and instead of picking away the dish discretely he had a wagon to push besides the tables where he through old food in a plastic bag beside it for every guest to see.
The sea was full of plastic garbage when we took our first swim and the wooden swim fleet (bridge heading out in the water) was only partly finished. The last part without wood sticking out its rosty metal parts in the Mediterranean. The drinks are very strange made out of liqueur from Poland. But the personnel is nice even if they don't speak English.

we stayed one week from 16 may to 23 may in royal palm resort..the hotel has polite and kind staff especially the barman and waiters.the rooms are clean and have good views.the foods include internationally and turkish foods.snacks were very delicious.I had totally satisfaction from food and resturants and bars.
the only weakness of this hotel is disco and entertainments .in my idea because most of tourists of this hotel are from russia and turkey the entertainment are planned for them.I dont like disco too.

This hotel must have a maximum of 3 stars. Category of 5 stars is a fraud and a lie! Rooms are spacious and the balcony was ok but the furniture is old and unmaintained. Cleaning rooms and bathrooms is very bad! The cleaning of this category should be every day! The beach is clean and spacious.
The pool is nice but the water is dirty. The great danger is that young children are swimming in the pool - it is possible to infect the ear canals!

If you have the status of all inclusive guest - Coca Cola, Fanta and similar beverages must be original. This hotel offers homemade mixes juices should look like a Coke.

The only good thing in this hotel is the food! Food and nothing more. I'll never go to this hotel!

This was my first experience to travelling to Turkey resort with my family.
When you see Royal Palm Resort for the first time standing right in front of - it's amazing and massive building, but all unpleasant surprises are starting when one enters in.
The hotel looks very old and absolutely is not taken care of. Elevators are in awful conditions, reception services took us more than 30 minutes, then we were taken to 1 bedroom in stead of 2. Room service were asking for money, but never changed the bedding.

But I'm really thankful that Sea and the Environment fully compensated all these stuff. It's really good to go there, but this time I choose another hotel.

Room Tip: Most of rooms are in awful conditions. No refurbishment has been done for a long time. Make sure yo...
