Perhaps this hotel is nice other times but we arrived at midnight and walked into the lobby to witness a 150 person wedding reception which had taken over the whole hotel. We were the only guests not related to the reception. There were speaker stacks to make a proper nightclub proud and the music was at earsplitting volume and the front desk clerk couldn't hear anything and we had to go with the clerk to hide in the fitness center just to be able to speak. They told us the music would continue until at least 5am and that the restaurant and bar were unavailable due to the party. It was midnight on a Saturday and all other hotels were booked.

We struggled to sleep against the pounding bass, got up exhausted and in the morning I fought tooth and nail with Expedia to get a refund. They claimed because we had stayed the night (as if there was any alternative on Saturday at midnight in high season) they would not refund us. Breakfast there was no water, juice or anything else except coffee as the staff were all missing because they worked all night during the party. I read online that I was not the only guest who this had happened to (they do weddings a lot) and an elderly couple had angrily left the night before because this was a full weekend of loud partying in the lobby. Beware or call ahead to ensure there is not a reception planned!

We are traveling a lot....But this place was real surprise.
Great location. Not too much tourists.Good service.Exellent spa and massutes.
Next to Poland boarder.
We had only 1 accident with the check in.Booking was for 2 doyble rooms with balco and mountan veiw.We found that only 1room has all of this things.
1 night we took room with side view. Then hotel ma nagment gave us requested room.
Food tasty in the rest.
Breakfast nice...

The view is very beautiful from all rooms. The facilities are great (very nice pool, sport and wellness centers). The rooms are spacious and quite clean, although the cleaning service doesn't seem to work during the stay of a visitor.
There is parking right near the hotel entrance.

On the bad side - the breakfast is very disappointing. Doesn't fit with the hotel class at all...
Also note the this hotel hosts celebrations - we had 2 weddings during our one week stay. These occasions come with noise of course (loud music until late night...) that reaches the rooms.

Negative first: breakfast & dinner dishes tend to run out and scantily replenished (get early, grab all).
Everything else of this Hotel is great: endless views, terrific grounds with its own wooden hunting lodge (Castle), pool w/slide, saunas, bowling, fast WiFi, safe in room, small village nearby with a rushing creek and mountains up close, hike trailheads.
Stay, enjoy, enjoy and then enjoy some more; worked for me !

Room tip: Rooms facing South-East have THE view
