In Greek culture food is central to all kinds of events:family, joy,friendship,togetherness. This is a tradition that Chrisoula and her family and staff extend to all their guests at both the Miramare studios and the Hotel Ganymede.
I was overwhelmed by the generosity shown to me on every one of the 15 days I stayed at the Miramare.
Chrisoula ( a modern day Hestia ) believes there is no better way to show that shes cares for her guests than to prepare an amazing array of homemade jams,preserves and chutneys ( all from locally sourced ingredients ) and serve them at her sumptious breakfast table. What a great start to the day - healthy, nutritious and therapeutic.The quality and quantity have to be seen and tasted to be believed. Truly the best and tastiest breakfasts in all of Greece !
Chrisoula is ably assisted at the Miramare by the lovely, angelic Anna. She has a joyful, kind and caring personality that she should take great pride in. Who could forget that beautiful smile?
And not to forget Vasiliki who keeps the rooms spotlessly clean and welcoming.
