This is not gourmet dining but you get fantastic value for money and outstanding pizzas - thin crusted, thickly filled - 2 sizes - large and gigantic - fresh and sizzling hot direct from the pizza oven. Jacques, the waiter gives attentive and fast service, with a local sense of humor that takes a bit of getting used to. Meanwhile, your pizzaiolo - the owner - is working his socks off filling orders - as well supplying a very busy take-away service. 3 course meals also available - 2 menus, one at €18, the other at €26. House wine is 4€ for half a litre (!), but better ones are also very reasonably priced. How do they make any money?
If you want relaxed dining with local atmosphere, copious quantities at a very affordable price - not to mention the large and fabulous range of pizzas, Le Patio du Vallon is the place.
