I've been during 12 and 19 July and we were very impressed with the hotel and most of all with the people working there starting with the reception and finishing with the people we usually could not seen like housekeepers and so. The rooms were very cleaned and the hotel was new reconditioned, about the food i have nothing to object was always fresh and as variety for us was more then enough, even the snack bar food was plenty. About entertainment we were pleased they tried hard to satisfy everybody and the manage to do it.
although we when in July we already consider to come again in September this time we'll bring some others couples to share the experience.

Not long been back from a two week holiday at Diana Palace in Argassi! It was brilliant, our room overlooked the pool and we were on the top floor which was great. The only downside was having to pay 5 euros per day for the air con, which worked out quite expensive for 2 weeks, but with temperatures hitting the 40's we needed it!

The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday. Lovely big balcony with a table and chairs which you could see all the entertainment from and lovely views.

Food was good and quite a lot to choose from, but when staying for 2 weeks, the second week it became a bit mundane, but nothing to really complain about. Lots of fresh salad and fruit if being healthy and also lots of hot food if indulging. The chef often did some show cooking too, try the pasta that he cooks fresh for you on the "italian night" its amazing!

All the staff are VERY friendly, Stathis and Ilias (bar men) were lovely, they always remembered your name and what drinks you wanted! Everyone at the hotel made you feel really welcome.

The entertainment was a bit poor, but i think it was due to lack of people joining in, but people do tend to go on holiday to relax and not join in poolside games all day. Also didn't really appreciate Steph's constant flirtatiousness with my bf and other couples said the same thing! I would advise doing the bingo though as the jackpot can get well into the hundreds of euros!

There is also another pool which was built about 9 weeks ago, this is not mentioned in the holiday brochures, this is a lot shallower for kids, as the main pool is very deep with only a small shallow end. Always plenty of sunbeds and noone seemed to hog them!

Argassi is actually a very small town and this hotel is very central so near all the little shops and bars to mooch around. Everyone really friendly wherever you go.

Go to the Crazy Golf just up the road, there are two courses of 18 holes and its €5 each and the staff there are also very friendly and welcoming!

Pictures in travel agent brochures do not do the hotel enough justice, its honestly a brilliant hotel and a lot bigger than you would think.

Would definitely recommend! We both have the holiday blues and miss our holiday!

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 302 and it was a brilliant room!!

Just returned from ten day stay at the diana palace. As most reviews state, this hotel is not a four star by british standard, more a three star. We had room 504 which is in a dark block at the far side of the hotel where the local scary and malnourished cats like to hang around hissing! Smell wasnt too great either.
New pool area was nice though, clean and sunbeds always free.
Meals were okay if you like meats salads etc, not enough choice if someone is a fussy eater and lack of food for small children, the chips were often hard!!
Staff very friendly and courteous especially stathis at the pool bar.
Disappointed that the alcohol seemed watered down, soft drinks fine.
We were told if we wanted hot chocolate drinks we would have to pay? Unusual for an £800 stay at an all inclusive.
Entertainment quite poor, female entertainers seemed more interested in their personal relationships and flirting in the pool.
Argassi however is a great resort we enjoyed going to beer academy, avalon and magic mushrooom. Plenty of shops restaurants etc around.
Overall enjoyed the holiday but this hotel does have some areas for improvement.

Diana Palace would be a lovely hotel with a few amendments, the entertainment was a complete flop and the rooms are not that great ...3 star at a push. The food was of good quality but not a lot of choice and the All Inclusive aspect was the worst we've been to by far. The staff did try but the hotel is very short staffed - especially entertainment. We had a lovely holiday and the location is great, but the resort was a little dirty and the beach wasnt the nicest either..Tired hotel in need of refurb!!

Came back from Diana Palace yesterday morning after 2 weeks in Argassi. Hotel was excellent, all staff so friendly and helpful, always had time to stop and speak to us. Bar staff remember everyones drinks and everyones names. Swimming pool was very nice. Food was good, could have been a little more varied. Special mention to Steph who was our excellent entertainer, always trying to get people involved and put in so much effort. Argassi was a lovely place, just right for a couples holiday and not far from more lively areas. Great holiday, would definately go back, missing it already!!

Room Tip: Our rooms were on the bottom floor which couldnt have been better, right next to the pool could pop...

One of the best Greek hotels I have stayed in. Spotless and cleaned daily .3* not 4 though.
Food, I am not sure anyone can say anything bad about it, there was plenty to choose from. and a seperate area for the little ones.( Not sure how they make money !)
Even a second pool which was not advertised.
Very Central within Argassi so you can walk off your meals whilst browsing the small shops. You don't realise you are central though it is very quiet and private.
The staff are amazing and make you feel special, miss them all and want to go back already.
I review every Holiday so much before I book, it drives my Hubbie mad. When you are spending on a hard earned holiday you want to be assured you are going to enjoy it to the full and not waste your money.
Don't hesitate you won't regret it ,book it ... Have a fab time I am so Jealous...
