We made several requests to the hotel, while not being able to guarantee, they in fact delivered.
The rooms were family suites, spacious, clean and with great views.
My room had a fantastic view of the beach and beyond.
The staff were friendly and extremely hard working.
The public areas were clean even though there was a large number of guests using them.
Short walk to the beach was very handy. Once there you can go left or right for challenging, but rewarding walks, good shoes, essential !!
A few negatives, snack bar food limited in choice and quality.
The buffet restaurant opens at 7.30 pm far too late for small children, also wine glasses for small children, not a good idea, lots of breakages.
Buffet meals are merely average.
The hotel does a lot well, but could improve.

This hotel is in an ideal setting, near beach and half dozen beachfront restaurants All inclusive drinks stop at 11.00. The Golf bar is not in all inclusive package. the animation team are very friendly. The hotel has lots of Italian and Spanish families. The one and only ATM machine was out of action for 5 days so take extra euros just incase. The island trip in not value for money nor is the little train. What was good was public transport.

We travelled as a couple on a half board basis, the hotel is set in 9 blocks ( we were block 5) second floor and next to the lift although a little noisy during the breakfast rush alright otherwise.spa just beautiful, very relaxing and only 4 mins walk to the beach! Beautiful sea! Although can imagine this would get very busy during school holidays! Would recommend this hotel although half board would be enough, the food was very hit and miss

if you have children, this is the best hotel to go to in menorca.
the staff is very helpful polite and organised. Rooms are very clean and spacious. There are activities for the kids as well as for the adults (yoga, spa etc). Parking ,wifi and pools are available.

We stayed at the pueblo first week of July, we really enjoyed our holiday but I have stayed in better 4* hotels. Rooms were absolutely fine, spotlessly clean, a little on the small side and would have benefited of a full length mirror in the room. Food was little hit and miss, generally breakfast and lunch were fine but really did struggle to find something nice to eat for our evening meal, had pizza and chips most nights. We were all inclusive and found it very strange we had to sign for what drinks/snacks we had, sometimes a pain when leaving the restaurant and you had to queue. Location was very quiet not much to do if walking out. We travelled as a couple but this was definitely a family hotel which didn't cause us any problems, in fact it was good as there was never a sun bed issue! We celebrated our wedding anniversary while we were away and the Hotel sent us chocolates and wine and filled up our mini fridge which was a lovely gesture. We had an enjoyable holiday but the food and location let it down slightly.
