Good drive to the location with the Changu Lake en route which has boating facilities as well. You can also visit the War Museum which falls en route. As for the location itself, picturesque and well maintained small shrine to honour the spiritual aspect. There is also the belief in collecting healing water from the Baba which is supposed to cure ailments.

Baba Mandir is the Memorial & temple honoring Indian army soldier, folk hero & saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Situated at an altitude of 4000 M. Snow filled area. Travellers need to wear weather coats and thermals as it is very cold out there.

Also called Baba Mandir is homage to a soldier who died in 1968. He still guards our borders. Felt the serenity there. In some distance there is a shiva sculpture too.
