We had a comfortable time even though it was a one night trip only . But value for money and no complaints it is good enough for a stay or halt and rooms were spacious . We did not have any problem even though we traveled with a child

I had stayed in the property for about three days last week and had a mixed experience actually.

I will start with the hotel location, it's prime, but there is a lot to be desired for the approach road to the hotel. The approach road is more 'village-like' than you would expect to see. However, the hotel entry itself is quite a contradiction. The open space in front of the lobby and architecture of the building itself is quite... different and refreshing.

The rooms are large and comfortable with windows and balconies,(but there is hardly anything to see around the hotel property actually.) The interiors of the hotel look like it was a part of palace or something. But there is no known royal family in this region, so why this architecture is a question to me. I would rather see a modern day efficient building for a hotel than a palace like building, that actually was not a palace. But none the less you cant discredit them for trying.

Apart from the bathroom, which was way too basic for any modern traveler, there is not much i can complain about. Rooms were in fact clean, big and comfortable with more than enough furniture in it. There was a mini fridge that i discovered, but there was no mini bar items. They served drinks in room, so no problem there.
Staff were helpful and more importantly cheerful all the time, even late at night when I had asked for a extra bedsheet.
Food wise, the hotel food was ok, however i think they need to learn to prepare Biriyani!
By Siliguri standards the rates are a little bit high, but that's almost a non issue.

Would visit again!

Big spacious rooms; bathrooms could have been cleaner. Quality of bed was nice and room was quite; Food was average; Approach road is broken and also it and distance from market is an issue so location is bit on the downside;
So for a business stay I would rate it average.

Stayed here before a flight from Bagdogra.
First impression, which lasts are how nice the staff are. The rooms aee large, with tv and premier league footie. Room service quick and efficient.
Aircon and fans, essential, in rooms. Some of the lights didnt work and the bathroom, which had shower only, could have been a bit better. The restaurant, where I was only guest, was excellent. Food good value and very nice. Bar in the same room, again very reasonable prices.
Large pleasant gardens and a nice cool reception. You could do a lot worse than this.

I visited this hotel on the 20th june.We stayed in their special suite..my goodness u need to be there to experiance it.The bathroom was like a tennis ground so huge and lavish.It had a drawing room plus bedroom plus a dressing area.The food was extremely tasty well cooked and home like.The staff right from the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant boys are extremely humble.If you are finding a hotel in siliguri you must give it a try.The best part is they have party lawns and decoration for marriage parties.The hightlight of the hotel was they have a separate kitchen where you can take your own cook who does your cooking..:)but this option is only when you are there in a large group for special occassions.Location is also very starategic..Staff is extremely helpful in every way.So you can regain all your energy if you are proceeding to gangtok..:)

Room Tip: must stay in their suite..:)

we had booked it for our wedding. It is a very nice hotel with big ground and banquet halls. Very polite staff. Rooms are quite spacious and well done. Cleanliness is maintained. The hotel is very well done like a palace kind of.
