We've stayed at this Hotel on several occasions, its absolutely LOVELY in every aspect.

Location - 10/10
Staff - 10/10 (the manager even brought me his phone charger from home to borrow!)
but ALL the staff were pleasant, well informed and very helpful

Accommodation - well appointed, clean, tastefully furnished PLUS and beautiful BATH!!

We only ever go B & B, so cant comment on dinners,but the breakfasts were lovely

I hope we can go back on many more occasions.

Room Tip: IF you are able to secure a room overlooking the Church Square, then this is the icing on the cake. Really nice sitting on the balcony people watching :-))

We stayed at The Reveron Plaza for 13 nights from 29 January to 11 February 2014. We had booked several months in advance and requested a 1st/2nd floor room overlooking the church. We got exactly that, room 209 on the corner. The reception staff were very pleasant and efficient and spoke good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The two large single beds were very comfortable. It was well furnished and had plenty of storage. There was a small ‘fridge and having been forewarned by this site, we took a travel kettle. The bathroom was spacious, and whilst the shower over the bath was hardly a power shower, there was always plenty of hot water. Toiletries were provided. Towels were changed daily and bed linen every other day.
The chuch clock chimes from 8am to 10pm but wasn't a problem - in fact it was an excellent 8am alarm.
We enjoyed early evening drinks people watching on the balcony and were provided with ice by the downstairs bar.
Breakfast was served from 7.30am to 10.30am and we usually went about 9am – a busy time. The staff were well organised and friendly and at the time we went, were quite busy but still remained smiling. The cold buffet was replenished as required and the English breakfast cooked to order was as good as any we have had anywhere.
The rooftop pool was in full sun all day – and we had a good amount of sunshine every day of our stay. There were plenty of sunbeds and whilst the pigeons and doves were regular callers, they did not cause a problem. The midday complimentary fruit skewers were a nice touch.
The hotel still charges for wi-fi but with plenty of bars about offering it for free we saved our euros.
The hotel bar was invariably deserted and I think that more could be made of this facility by reducing the prices, offering free wi-fi for an hour for patrons and maybe having some tables and chairs outside the front entrance.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this central location and consider the hotel provides good value for money and friendly service from all of the staff. Thank you and we look forward to returning again next year.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking Church good for people watching. Those on the opposite side will be quieter and get sun.

When we visited we were given a room which was dark and dismal and overlooked a demolition/rubbish tip site to the side of the hotel, despite our request of a sea view. The balcony was full of pigeon excrement. The staff were in fact quite ignorant and dismissed our request to upgrade the room telling us that there was no other available rooms... despite the fact that there blatently was!!! The pool was pigeon ridden!!! Fine if you are a pigeon fancier or don't mind a dose of psittacosis! Poor!

Stopped over on our way to La Gomera . Very conveniently situated for local bars and restaurants and under a ten minute walk yo the ferry terminal. I thought it was clean and pleasant and nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff, big comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast, served in time for our ferry. Would happily stay again.

Iv'e had to wait a while to compile this review. We spend our usual January fortnight at the hotel and also were fortunate to have the same room overlooking the square and church which is perfect as we like the activity and hub hub of the hotels position right in the centre of Los Cristianos.
The hotel it's self is great. Only 40 rooms, very clean, not to busy and should be a pleasure to holiday at but it has faults for the last three years and nothing at all has been done by whoever owns it to remedy them although we have mentioned them at reception.
Holiday makers and tourists DO NOT like to get ripped off and to charge
10 euros for 3 days very poor wi-fi, 3 euros a day for the use of a safe, 5 euros a week for tea and coffee facilities is nothing short of a rip off. The other complaint is that the price of drinks in the bar a far to expensive and of course this means that the bar is usually empty. We went to Bar Gavotta and the Hide Away pub both no more than 100yds from the hotel and they were delighted for our custom.
The roof terrace is great as are the free sun beds which are well used. Breakfast we enjoyed and made to order and cooked to order worked very well.
Our room was spacious, very clean and perfectly positioned but the SHOWERS are the worst in the world. Shower curtains far to short and the bathroom was flooded every morning even though we took 6 very heavy clothes pegs with us to try and weigh it down a bit and you were not always confident that the water was going to run at a steady pressure.
The television in the hotel only had one UK channel (Sky News) so if it was not very nice out or you felt like an early night you had better take some reading material.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we have a big decision as to whether we return next January.
If the hotel owners remembered we are now in the 21st centuary and guests expect and demand certain standards we would not hesitate to book again but at the moment it doesn't look to good which to us is a great shame.
