I do not understand why there are so many great reviews for this hotel it is beyond me. Customer service was appalling, being half board was awful we were just ignored all of the time because everyone who was all inclusive mattered more. No information on arrival about the layout of the hotel. We found out on our last day there were other pools and parts of the hotel we didn't even know about. We paid extra for a lovely room with a pool view, we were given one with a view of a road and were then told there was nothing they could do about it. No refund, nothing and absolutely no interest or apology from any of the staff members. TV was broken in our room and we phoned reception and were told someone would be up in 10 minutes. Nobody showed within our two weeks there. When you go down for dinner, being half board you need to wait on table service for a drink. We were ignored all of the time so ended up walking out early with no drink with our meal. Staff are full of a "don't care attitude" and management wasn't any better. As I say we are still over £100 out of pocket to this day for our room upgrade which we never got. Awful experience.

We spent a week in the school holidays at paradise park. After an initial few hiccups upon arrival.... room wasn't ready and then when it was the air con was broken and room only made for 3 of us despite there was 4. This was however sorted with immediate effect.

The staff were brilliant helpful friendly the entertainment was perfect for the kids (mine aged 7 and 12) lots of variety of activities by the pool and in the kids clubs.

The food was ok not excellent buts it's buffet so always going to get pros and cons! Good variety for everyone.

The rooms and surroundings of the hotel were really clean :)

Only downfall is despite there been 5 pools which a couple are adult only the only entertainment is around the main one and the sunbeds were gone in literally minutes of the pool opening and we struggled to get a lounger on a few occasions and when people were reserving the towels on the beds and not using them it was frustrating having to try watch the kids safety around the pool.

Overall we had a great holiday, we're sad to leave and would definately return :)

The magician was fantastic so if you have the opportunity to watch... do! :)

Stayed in the Paradise Park beginning of week 11th Aug. What can I say, the hotel is fantastic, the food was terrific and the staff were superb, always smiling and having a laugh, (big thank you to Alfonso for the friendly banter and always going out of his way to make sure all was well, also for getting the drinks) When we arrived we were upgraded to room 713, all I can say is WOW. From the start to the finish we had an excellent time and wouldn't hesitate to book again. To all the staff at the Paradise Park, thank you for making our holiday an amazing experience.

Hi we stayed at paradise park hotel for 9nights at the end of July. We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff are fantastic. Unfortunately at the end of our holiday our party of 7 (4 adutls 3 children) all became very unwell with sickness, diaoreea and tummy cramps (the children seemed to be worse then the adults). When we got back home to the UK we all got tested at the doctors and it came back as cryptostroidium. This is usually picked up through unclean pool water. Im just wondering if anyone else has gone through the same experience at this hotel. My email is Jaidenandtye@outlook.com if anyone would like to contact me about this. Many thanks lorette

We stayed at Paradise Park as a group of 10 which included 3 children. The holiday was all-inclusive. Absolutely loved the entire holiday.
Our room (Double Room no. 312) was great with a comfy bed and powerful shower.
No problem with meals as there was always plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Freshly cooked meats on the grill and also other choices on the hot buffet.
SAN Miguel on draft with an option to pour it yourself, so we had a great ‘Beer o’clock ‘ everyday!!
Never had an issue with sun beds. Managed to get six together everyday with little hassle. The main pool opens at 8.45 and we only waited from 8.35 for 10 mins to get the beds. If you choose to go to the larger pool that opens at 10am then there is a longer queue, but lots more beds.
Entertainment around the pool was great and the three children in the party loved the mini disco. We also enjoyed some of the night time entertainment.....the best being Thursday night around the pool area with the bird show and the rockerbilly group.
The only bad point was the courtesy room we had on our last day. Considering we booked it from 3pm-3.30pm, it was so hot and there was no air con in this room that consisted of just a bathroom and a corridor with a bench!!! It really needed to have air con as we were dripping with sweat after showering!! When we booked we had the choice of any time we wanted but were given the worst room. Other guests in our party were given a ‘normal’ room with a bed and air con.....so we weren’t happy as we were first to book the courtesy room.

This issue aside, we really did enjoy our stay and would definitely return. Don’t believe the poor reviews, we loved the place and holiday in Tenerife most summers.
