Had a great holiday at this hotel for one week in June. We stayed in a spacious and well equipped suite (712) on the 7th floor. Impressed with the room and service in all areas of the hotel. Great staff & good choice of food and drinks. Enjoyed a couples diamond package in the hotel Spa. Loved the adult only rooftop terrace with pool & jacuzzis. This was our 2nd visit to Paradise Park and we’ll definitely return again

This hotel is a great all rounder!
The food is amazing and everything is clean and modern and the staff are lovely. We stayed in room 414 (see pictures) which faced the pool and was a lovely clean modern room with huge shower and double bed (two 3/4 beds pushed together) and a balcony. The room had a safe which is extra and can be paid for at reception, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. It also had a tv with English channels and had soap and shower gel/shampoo in the shower and a hairdryer attached to the wall and aircon. The only downside to this room was that it smelt of cooking when the meal times were going on but we didn’t spend much time in there so we weren’t to bothered. The room was cleaned and made up with fresh towels every day. We had the all inclusive package and the food and drinks were fab. We had standard all inclusive so had the local vodka, gin, rum etc but you can upgrade to premium all inclusive for the branded alcohol such as absolut, Gordon’s, captain Morgan etc. Some cocktails are included in the all inclusive but not all. The bars in the hotel shut at 11pm. The food is great! Really well presented and so much to choose from you won’t go hungry! Fresh meats, veg, salads, soups, pasta, puddings etc There is also self service snack bars round the pool throughout the day where you can have chips, burgers, hotdogs, toasties etc. The pools are lovely too, there is a main pool where most the activities go on and where most the families sit with children, a little further up there is a “natural” pool which is adults only with a jacuzzi, then there’s a adults only pool on the roof top with 2 jacuzzis and also 4 poster beds you can rent. And then there’s a secret pool down a passage way which you can use your room card to get across too which is great too it has a pool, jacuzzi, infinity type pool and a snack bar but it is easily missed. The animation team are fab and you are given a whole itinerary of activities for all ages throughout the week of your stay but they don’t bug you at all. There is the main restaurant on the bottom floor and then a bar (and where you have lunch) on the 1st floor and also a bar and entertainment room on the bottom floor this is where the shows are held at night and they were great too. Tribute acts, acrobatics, parrot shows etc. There is a gym which is free (it is small and no aircon) and there’s a spa which you can pay €10 euro to just go in or you can have massages, facials etc. It’s a short walk into Los cristianos about 15 mins and down to the beach which is all down hill and you pass a load of good bars on the way (bojangles on a Monday night is a must!). Lots of shops and places to eat and there is a market on Sunday mornings. You need to pay for sunbeds on the beach but I can’t remember how much. You can carry on walking and it takes you into Playa de las Américas which is about a 40 min walk but it’s a nice walk. If you follow the beach round there is an amazing cocktail hut where you can watch the sunset! It’s beautiful. The walk back up to the hotel is a killer! It’s rather steep hill but you can get a taxi from the bottom. There is a bus for Siam and jungle park and to Siam mall about a 5 min walk down the hill from the hotel and there’s also a supermarket.
Over all this hotel is in a great location, perfect for couples, families and friends and we will definitely be returning at some point! Thankyou for having us!

I always take the reviews with an open mind but like to give my honest opinions of this hotel. Starting with arrival, we arrived late at 10.30 pm & after a fairly smooth check in we found our rooms, we had asked for two rooms together on a low floor but had rooms on the same floor six floors up so not a great start. We dumped our cases & headed down to the restaurant to see if we could get a bite to eat as we hadn’t eaten since lunch but it was closed & no food was available for any of the late arrivals. As I am diabetic & was feeling low I needed to eat so begged the bar man for some food which he obligingly found me a roll & some cheese & ham to which I was very grateful but also a bit awkward that he didn’t get anything for my husband or two friends that I was with. Back to our rooms they were clean & modern & nice bright colours not massive but large enough with a small balcony & a fairly big bathroom. Next was food, breakfast was a good selection with hot & cold food, cereal, continental, fruit & yoghurt, we did have a few odd things for breakfast some days as we had fishfingers & spring rolls a few mornings. Lunch again was ok normally salads, meat, fish, chips & pasta with cakes & ice cream for desert but then came the evening meal it was a let down many repeated meals from lunch with potatoes added the grilled chops or steak selection was never well done & a couple of us did get dodgy belly. Again for desert just horrible tasting cakes, fruit & ice cream. No spirits are served in the restaurant either only beer, wine, water or soft drinks. Drinks in the bar were only minimal on all inclusive & only 2 drinks per person & it stopped at 11pm, I was shocked that the canarian honey rum was not available on your all inclusive. The entertainment hall was very small with big pillars & not many seats so unless you were there when it opened about 6.30 you never got a seat so didn’t see much of the entertainment, luckily most of the adult entertainment were singers so could hear them still. The entertainment hosts were something else we didn’t understand one word they said as the sound system was terrible as well as there English. The hotel itself was ok the heated pool was nice but a lot of children with water pistols & inflatables meant you couldn’t have a swim. All the other pools were freezing & the adult rooftop pool was filthy. The hotel was in a fairly good position near to shops bars & restaurants & the free bus to the beach was good, just a shame it was only every half hour because it was often full so you had to wait another half hour. Most of the staff were friendly & helped out if they could but many didn’t seem to understand English.

Room tip: We had 624 pool & sea view

6th time at this fabulous hotel - nothing changes still just as good - still love two adult only pools especially natural pool - not do keen on roof terrace as have to walk through cafe to get to pool but nice and quiet and ok if you don't want to swim. pools were cold this year but ok once your in - not major issue for me and refreshing. don't like staying half board would prefer just bed and breakfast. don't like cafeteria setting for breakfast too noisy but fabulous breakfast selection. nice comfy room stayed in classic with nice walk in shower and nice comfy bed, good air con, balcony ok but no sun in our room and road view (310) but we only sleep there and use balcony at night for last drink so fine for us. love this hotel and it's position - will be back again next year

Just spent a week at paradise park with my wife and we can honestly say it is a very good place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is varied. There is some thing for everyone and it was of a good standard. We were given room 242 which was above the back entrance for deliveries. There is a lot of noise generated by this entrance and we asked to be moved because of disturbances at 5am. We were given an upgraded room which we were very happy with. We packed our cases and we went out. When we came back everything was moved into our new room. The staff were top notch and really friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel. There is a shuttle bus every 30 min to the beach. Although if you are up to it you can walk to the beach in about 15 mins. There are restaurants and bars 5 mins away and there is a supermarket. The bus stop for Siam Park and Siam Mall is just round the corner.
