We stayed for 3 nights over Easter. Although the hotel is probably not quite a 4 star, the rooms were clean with plenty of space for a hotel. We thought the choice of pool and sunbathing areas were very good with plenty of options if you want to get away to somewhere quieter.

For an all inclusive the food was of decent quality and there was loads of choice and a lot to eat. For the price we paid it was great value. Overall we had a nice stay and would certainly go again.

My boyfriend and I have just come back from a lovely week at this hotel! We really enjoyed ourselves!

The staff are amazing, in all departments. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always there to help you. They really do make this hotel a lovely place to stay with their friendly attitude.

The rooms were great; we stayed on the first floor looking towards the pool. They were a good size and the maids kept them lovely and clean everyday.

The entertainment I personally thought was fantastic; my other half however did not think so. I thought they catered for all ages and made it enjoyable.

They have 5 pools, some adults only which was ideal for us and the children’s pools looked great fun for them as well!

Unfortunately, the food did let the hotel down. We stayed all inclusive which was well worth it on how much we drank, but we found ourselves disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. With it being such a big complex and a buffet style restaurant we did expect the food to be a bit of a hit and miss, however we found the only things we enjoyed (out of all breakfast, dinner and lunch) was the soups and cakes, everything else was either bland or we did not like the taste.

There is a lovely steak house right next to the hotel called Taurus, which was fantastic, the food was great there however it was a little bit pricey, but after eating bland food for a week we did not care!

All in all it really is a great hotel and we had a fantastic time. We wouldn’t go back all inclusive again even though it was worth it in drinks as the food was poor, however possibly self catering as we really did enjoy the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool were great, wouldnt of liked the other veiw as was looking on to the road.

Stayed for a week in May on HB. First visit to Tenerife - usually go to Lanzarote. Arrived just before midday and was advised room was not available until 2pm - and was told this is standard procedure - so beware if you have an early flight - you may have a 2 hour wait as we did. Not a good first impression! One particular receptionist very helpful - Flor - have to give credit where its due, perhaps some of her colleagues could learn from her. We "upgraded" to AI - bearing in mind the price of just drinks and a light lunch, this was worth the extra payment - €15pp. Our 'superior' room was bright and clean (also had a little fridge) - exactly what we saw on the website. It was cleaned every day with clean towels too. I would say its almost identical to premier inn standard n the UK - with a pool view. Food wise, breakfast and lunches were lovely - plenty choice at breakfast, lots of nice salads at lunchtime, plenty fresh fruit, fish or chicken and the usual chips, ice cream, burgers etc. Dinner started off well - steaks, griddled chicken, mussels, but felt it went downhill as the week went on - we ate a couple of nights. In fairness, we generally go self catering/villas so we can eat out and choose where and what we eat. The Atlantic and Natural pool areas were very built up and sunbeds crammed together - we found the Atlántida pool area was much better - spacious, open with a little refreshments café - we felt like we were on holiday at this pool but not the others. The courtesy bus down to the beach area is a great service. The hotel is set at the top of a really steep hill so the bus is very handy after a long wander about on a hot day. We had a nice weeks break in the sun, but wont be returning to this hotel, or resort, if we decide to go back to Tenerife.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor - we had the door open at night (4th floor) to get fresh air and could heat...

Just got back from Tenerife and felt i had to write a review about the hotel!
The Hotel has excellent facilities with 5 swimming pools , plenty of bars and decent entertainment.
The staff are fantastic and nothing was too much for them to help , even if it was places to eat out!
Some of the hotel may be in need of a little refurbishment , but in no way did this affect our stay.
Superbly situated and with a free courtesy return bus to the beach every half hour.
All in all a fabulous hotel and value for money , recommend half board as excellent eating places within walking distance and you can switc h between evening and lunch time if need be.

Room Tip: See if you can upgrade as we got an upgrade through our travel agents

I stayed bed and breakfast and booked on the price offered me which was good. I found it to be a mixed bag of an hotel, good in some areas poor in others, all in all it was what i expected from a large hotel where most guests are AI which is fine for some people but not for me as everything comes at a price and quality pays the price in these types of establishments. The good points. The room i had was clean was made up and cleaned every day and towels replaced. The staff i found throughout the hotel were friendly and more than ready to offer assistance if needed. The grounds were well maintained and there were ample sunbathing and pool areas to be suffice for a large number of people that the hotel accommodates. The security was also very good and access to a lot of areas in the hotel grounds was via your electronic room card. Also owing to the AI bar closing at eleven and a lot of the guests seemed quite elderly i was not disturbed by raving drunks coming back to their rooms in the early hours.
The bad points. On arrival it seemed to take an eternity to check in as there were only two staff to process a large number of guests and a lot of the information they required from you was replication. I was on the sixth floor and my room was facing toward the back of the hotel (609) so there was traffic noise quite early on a morning also the lighting was poor in the corridors and suppose to be activated by you walkng near it sadly the lights toward my room were out of action for three days and were'nt much use when they were working as they were very dim. What concerned me greatly was outside your room door and also on the landings there was raised walls with handrails on the top of them and for all intents and purposes they looked like large planters as in some of them there was trailing ivy on the outside, the shock came when you ventured to look into them and they revealed a gaping hole which went right to the ground floor some fifty feet below. Dont get me wrong an adult could not fall over the rail but an unattended wayward child or children at horseplay could easily mistake them for planters and try to climb into them and come to serious harm and i am amazed previous reviewers have not mentioned this on here as the danger was very obvious to me. If you want a stress free breakfast i would advise going early as between nine and ten it becomes frantic owing to the large amount of people all trying to get served at the same time, i found the offerings to be what i expect from this type of hotel self service style breakfast, tepid beans, runny scrammbled egg, bacon ok for making catapaults for the kids, toast once through aneamic twice through cremated, that said you could avail of various cereals and fruit and boiled eggs which were ok. I only had one drink in the bar which was a small lager (flat) at 2.25 euro so i never used it again during my stay as you can use any amount of bars within walking distance of the hotel and get a good pint of lager for on average 2.50 euros English breakfast English produce approx 4 euro served to your table hot. Would i reccomend! well for a family with kids the Ai option may be ok but that said in my oppinion it is a average three star spanish hotel and if you remind yourself of that well then you will not be disappointed if you do book. For couples and individuals, well each to your own preference but i find the AI trapping and i prefer to eat and drink in more than one place which you can do so very easily and at reasonable prices in this part of tenerife. True a lot of the places are much of muchness but do your research and you will find there are some great eating places at very affordable prices.

Room Tip: Rooms to the back of the hotel face a main road and you will more than likely face early morning noi...
