Stayed here on my first holiday with my girlfriend. We both would definitely come back. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and was very impressed with the amount of variety. The pool areas were very clean and we used all of them including our favourite the roof top pool. To sum it all up we had a very pleasant stay and for the money was excellent.

Stayed in June/July for 10 nights. We had the classic room and although it was small it did the job fine. We were lucky enough to have a room that just overlooked the pool area rather than just the mountain side. The hotel was very clean and room was cleaned everyday. We had breakfast included in the deal we got and it was worth it although the food was good i'm glad we didn;t go all inclusive as there is a variety of restaurants just outside the hotel as well as a spar so we made sandwiches and drinks for the day. There is also a fridge in the room which came in handy. The pools are brilliant and there literally is something for everybody with there bring 5. The hill is not really a problem for the young/fit especially down but I can see why older people would find it a struggle but the shuttle bus is there every half an hour. We didn't really see much of the entertainment as it was geared more towards families then young people however it did look very busy. The location in Los Christianos is perfect for young couples with lots of bars close by and for a night out - Veronicas is only 10 minute taxi ride away max.
My only complaint was that our shower leaked which made the bathroom very slippy and our balcony door didn't lock however when I informed reception they sent someone to try to fix both.
Would recommend for anyone and would more than likely return.

Room Tip: If not planning to stay in the room much then a classic suite is fine.

On arrival at the hotel our rooms were not ready (we had three in total) we had to wait for fifteen minutes until they had been cleaned. We were also upgraded to the classic room. Our room had a lovely view of the childrens swimming pool from the balcony and included a fridge, two single beds pushed together, a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a kettle with coffee and tea replenished everyday. The room was lovely and spacious and cleaned within an inch of their lives each day, however you do need to figure out how to use the shower otherwise you get blasted with cold water from the jets. slight problem if you have a long shower as the bottom of the shower leaked under the sink and onto the floor, it wastnt a big problem as where you place the shower mat soaked all the water up you just had to remember to be careful if walking to the toilet.

The adult pools (roof and natural pool) were lovely shame that you had to climb up and down steps to get into the natural pool if you are hard of walking. rooftop pool very relaxing and had lovely views lovely and peaceful as they were very quiet. childrens pool great for the kids had massive inflatable fun courses on some day were the entertainment for the children kept them there for hours. the other pool is a bit on the small side as there is an island in the middle with sunbeds on so isnt much room to play with lilo's, rings, and blow up balls etc. the pool needed to be wider.

We stayyed half board so we had to pay for our drinks in the everning which was a bit expensive however sometimes the waiter forgot to write it down on the slip. staff at meal times were lovely and meats were cooked perfectly. sometimes the vegateables were hard but other than that the food was great. desserts were odd as the didnt say what they were so you didnt always get a very nice taste in your mouth. they had fresh fruit and little tubs of Nestle Ice Cream which were lovely.

evening entertainment room was too small for the size of the hotel and some of the acts werent that great but the childrens entertainment was very good, if not very loud.

there are lots of steps around the complex and one really uneven pathway from the childrens pool to the pool opposite the car park which would be very difficult to walk on if you are disabled or hard of walking. there is a shop just down and to the left from the pool near the car park whch had plenty of english and spanish food, really cheap to.

the walk down into Los Cristianos is tiring with children and the elderly and the walk back up is a killer however taxis were always around and fairly cheap ranging from 3 euros to 5 euros 80.

overall a lovely stay and i would deffinetly go again.

Room Tip: The classic room fridge do hum at night which might keep some people awake.

I booked to go here for two weeks on 24th July to 7th August. I can say I had a fab time and I can see why some people return here all the time.

When we arrived we were informed that we had been updated to a superior room from a classic room. We had a pool view instead of a roadside view. The room was very clean and spacious - plenty of wardrobe space.

The food was buffet style but it was replenished all the time. As we are picky eaters we all found something to eat and plenty of it. The food seems to be the same on the same days of the week - so if you missed out on anything one week, you can get it the week after.... most people were only staying for a max of 10 days so they wouldnt really notice this, but after two weeks you do - but there was still plenty of choice - you dont have to have the same food twice.

The staff are very friendly even those waiters who dont speak much english.

We spoke to a few people who had problems with their rooms - water leaking in etc but they were moved straight away.

On a weekend the spanish use this hotel and it gets really busy in the bar areas / pool areas, but after 11am on Sunday it goes quiet again.

I always got a sun bed throughout the day - apart from the main pool next to the hotel you had to put your towel on it as soon as the pool was open - this made me chuckle every morning watching people run for the beds. All other pool areas was fine and you didnt have to do this.

I would definitely return here.

Room Tip: ask for a pool view room.

We have just returned from an all inclusive stay at the Paradise Park Hotel. (Ages 43, 42, 22, 20 & 17). The hotel is very impressive and exceptionally clean. We had a classic room and a premium salon (we had no idea what this was prior to going!). The classic room was lovely and my daughter and her boyfriend were very happy. Our premium salon was adequate but to be honest we were expecting abit more considering that they have 4 stars and for what we paid. The salon was dated and in need up refurbishment, we too complained but the hotel was full although they did offer to move us the following Monday (not much point by then). There is no air con in the bedroom. But my son who is 17 was very impressed with the sofa bed - the bed actually came right out and it had legs and a fantastic mattress. The staff are ultra friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Cleaning and bedmaking are daily and too a high standard. We struggled with the food. The snacks at the snack bars are limited (burgers or hotdogs & chips). The breakfast is ok but we have had better. The biggest let down for us was dinners - some bizzare food that is not very well labelled, some nights we struggled and found the choice very limited. We ended up eating out which kind of defeats the object of all inclusive! I think you would struggle here with the food if you have young children. Chips were on the menu daily but there is only so many fries you can eat. The location of the hotel is good it is about a fifteen minute stroll to the busy part of Los Cristianos, there is a supermarket practically next door. Siam Park (water park) is definately worth a trip (take your suncream - not much shade). The best feature of this hotel is definately the swimming pools. The one we went too isn't unlocked until 10 am - so a lay-in is possible, there was ample sunloungers and sunshades. It was very relaxing and we would stay here again although not on an all inclusive basis.

Room Tip: Next time we will pay the extra to upgrade to a superior room.

Me and my partner (aged 19 and 23) stayed at paradise park from July 14th till July 21st and could not fault the hotel one bit! We stayed in a classic room which is stated as having a mountain view, however we were delighted to have a mountain room to one side, and to the other side we could see the sea and 2 of the swimming pools :) we were on the 6th floor as well so we had an excellent view. The room was a good size, especially the bed, bathroom and shower. There were 2 wardrobes, each with 10 hangers, and one had drawers and a safe, and the air conditioning was great with 3 settings. The cleaning staff done a great job, and all say hello and aknowledged us as we walked by. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything. The reception staff were especially helpful, and gave us information about excursions and activities, and even booked us a dolphin excursion. Out of the 4 swimming pools, we used all except the main children's pool as this was always very busy. The pool across the road was excellent, a few times it got slightly busy with children, however it never got too crowded, and having the sun lounges on a island in the middle was great. The rooftop terrace was amazing, we found it was never too busy to find 2 sunbeds together, and at its most busy it was only 2/3s full. The whole terrace gave the most amazing 360 degree views, the beautiful sea was straight ahead of the hotel, and behind and around the hotel was beautiful mountain views. The swimming pool and jacuzzis up there were stunning, and looked out onto the sea. Again, this never got too busy, and we were always guarunteed space to get in the pool or a jacuzzi. The pools close at 7pm, and one evening by 6.30pm me and my partner found ourselves to be the only people left on the whole roof terrace! This was an excellent opportunity for taking photos and enjoying eachothers company overlooking the sea. We went to Monkey Park 2ce during our stay; it costs 10euros per person and is GREAT value for money! I recommend it to anyone!! It was about a 3 minute taxi journey from the hotel, costing between 3-5 euros. You get to hold parrots and have your photo taken with them on your entrance to the enclosures, and can buy these later for just 8euros. There are many walk through enclosures where you can stroke/ feed and interact with the monkeys. We took a small bunch of grapes and fed them these; we got to stroke and hold hands with a lemur, have a squirrel monkey climb over our backs, and hand feed lots of monkeys :D It was an absolutely excellent morning out, however get there early when they open at 9.30am as by lunchtime they become hot, tired and have been already fed by lots of visitors so are often sitting in the trees asleep. Loro parque was also an excellent day out, and Siam Park was great fun! Me and my partner went down all the rides in a double rubber ring & had a great time together :) There are lots of great restaurants down at Los Cristianos harbour, especially 'Chill Out' which had extremely friendly staff, delicious food and great value for money. Overall the hotel is excellent and it is close to many great places which offer wonderful days out and great food. We've already booked our next stay for June 2013! :D

Room Tip: If you want to save money and get a nice view but don't want to pay extra to upgrade, ask for a...

Came back from Paradise Park a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it - safe to say I've now been stuck with a bad case of the holiday blues!

There was a wide range of people at our hotel and it would be the perfect place for everybody - we went as a young couple but I'd recommend it for families and older people too - although it's not the sort of place I'd stay for a girls holiday.

We stayed in a superior room which we were really impressed with - I'm usually really fussy with cleanliness but it's fair to say I had absolutely no issues with the hygiene of the hotel at all. The en suite bathroom was really clean and modern too - ideal for what you need. We had a lovely balcony over looking the pool and there was plenty of wardrobe space.

The food at the hotel was really nice (although we weren't massively keen on the breakfasts). The staff in the restaurants were lovely and very helpful. We only stopped for lunch at the hotel a few times down to day trips but were so impressed, the food was right up our street! Evening meals were gorgeous too, I had 3 lots of steak and chips one night whilst at the hotel (I'm not even ashamed, it was that good.).

The hotels in a nice locations - it's set back a bit but the shuttle makes this not an issue. Around the hotel there were lots of bars - 'Mikeys' being a particular favourite of ours! There was also lots of restaurants - we ate at an Italian near Bojangles (another nice bar) one night and that was gorgeous.

We didn't stay at the hotel for the entertainment as it was a bit difficult to find a seat and was more geared towards families, but being a young couple the bars nearby provided a perfect alternative. Also, if you're up for a night out - head to Veronicas Strip - only a 5 euro taxi ride away and it's a great night out - loads of bars and clubs.

There are some great beaches in Tenerife - the hotel shuttle bus takes you to one where there is a little excursions table - they offer great discounts and we booked a couple of trips through them. We went jet-skiing for around 50 euros for the both of us (which was amazing - would recommend) and also booked a boat trip on a catamaran to see dolphins and whales for around the same price (you had free trips whilst on board too so it's worth taking advantage of!). On the boat trip they pull into a bay near a secluded beach and you can dive off or just have a little swim. They picked you up from the hotel for both excursions too and dropped you off.

The pools at the hotel where great - there was three, a main one for families (which we didn't use once but it looked nice) and also a natural pool and rooftop pool too which were adults only so nice and relaxing - very clean too.

I would stay at this hotel again and would definitely stay all inclusive again - the snacks provided throughout the day are great.

Room Tip: We had no issues with our room and a great view - floor 2 superior room :-)
