Overall below average 4* hotel. Location good and it is surrounded by lovely good value restaurants (we had to try these to get away from the buffet!). We have tried many All Inclusive hotels before and this is the worst - am surprised at comments on food quality - where have you ever got carrots and mixed veg for breakfast along side eggs??? On the whole - service very slow, not enough staff to clear tables, wait long time, bar awful.... rooms are ok, basic but UK TV is a plus. Pools again ok - adult only roof terrace nice but food not AI! Why???
Food quality was poor overall - beef stew as main course for dinner was just disgusting and was obviously left over from previous days. I was only there for 4 days and I was really disappointed.....

We stayed at the Paradise Park Hotel from Nov 14 for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were on an All Inclusive basis & were booked into a basic one bedroom apartment with two balconies with a partial pool view.
Best thing about this hotel was the food & staff. There was great variety in the food, good choice of fish & meat. Fish & Meat of the day were cooked on an open grill & handed to you from the grill. Staff in restaurants were extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Lunch was served in a partial open air restaurant on the first floor & dinner was served in the main restaurant on the ground floor
There was a great choice of sun loungers with four pools to choose from so need to be getting up early to put towels on loungers. Favourite area was on the rooftop which had a small pool & two jacuzzis & was an adult only area & had a spectacular sea & mountain view

Room Tip: Pool view rooms in the apartments seem to be the best & the same goes for the hotel as they get the most amount of sun

We have just arrived back from a short break at the Paradise Park Resort and Spa it is an excellent hotel, very helpful staff in all areas of the hotel, all very friendly. The food is very good with lots of choice (I am wheatfree and there was plenty of variety including rice cakes!) the quality of the food is exceptional. It was a pleasure to dress up for dinner in the restaurant (men have to wear long trousers in the evening), there are plenty of bars on the resort which also serve food (burgers, chips, salad etc) if you do not want to go to the restaurant for lunch.

We loved the roof top pool and hot tubs as it was for adults only and this was a break on our own. Natural pool, childrens pool, another pool in the apartment area, jacuzzi area. Plenty of sunbeds available at all times (busiest on roof top).

The drinks, there are self service machines in all bars for cola, fanta, tonic, sprite, coffee/tea, beer on tap too, bottles of wine in ice, cocktails are also from machine but bars open for spirits (local brands only for all inclusive) if wanted.

Rooms excellent, cleaned everyday, towels changed. Pool towels at reception (10 euro deposit per towel required).

Spa very clean and well kept with sauna, steam, plunge pool, jacuzzi also treatments available.

Spa shop around the corner, bars down the road if needed, the beach was a 10 min slow walk down the road, not far at all. The hotel is located on hill in a lovely quiet location.

We have travelled all over the world to higher rated hotels than this but can honestly say we had a perfect time and could not find any fault at all with the hotel, it is a 4 star rating with quality to match. We will certainly return to this hotel again and recommend to our family and friends. A great short break to the sun.

Taxi 24 euros from airport to resort (15 mins).

Room Tip: Pool or sea view rooms are the best (sun all afternoon). We upgraded to a suite with two balconies on two levels, sea view, superb!

We have just had a week at this hotel on B and B basis - no major gripes but we were disappointed. It's all pretty basic from the food to the service . It's just one less star than the Arona Gran where we stayed last time in Tenerife but nowhere near as good value. Located close to decent local amenities and a 5 minute walk downhill to the front.Rooms were certainly spacious and good spread of TV channels but large chips in washbasin, drains smell and noisy plant nearby was offputting. Wouldn't return.
