“Book somewhere else”
Reviewed July 1, 2013

Arrived at this hotel on the 16th June 2013 our room was on the 14th floor at the end of the corridor facing the harbour . Room was large as was the bathroom we had air con too my relief as I had read reviews before going saying there was none beds were very hard and the view was lovely but a bit spoiled and obscured but the fire escape outside our balcony but on the other hand glad it was there as by 6am on the Wednesday morning we were awakened by the fire alarm smoke filled our corridor and we had to make our way down the fire escape a fire in a store cupboard on the 11th floor apparently (a bit scary ) as it was only other residents who were knocking on doors getting people out and down the fire escape no hotel staff to be seen even when we got down no staff to tell us where to go and when we looked up people were still on their balconys on the 15th floor. I think they could do with a brush up on the fire drill before something terrible happens. As for the All inclusive we if you have children sorry no ice creams or lollies are included you got to pay for them and if your tipple is a particular drink outside of vodka gin whiskey or rum and they don't have a cheaper substitute you pay as you do for everything else cushions for the sun beds pool towels WI-FI this not an all inclusive hotel food not much choice and by the fourth day you've had enough of the same things being served up in different variations. The extra money you spend hear you could book a better hotel and have more for your money . No I won't be returning.

When we entered at the hotel the receptionist said we had to wait until 2 o'clock p.m., so we let pur baggages with them. At 3, we went there and they said our rooms were at the 4th floor. As we arrived we saw they were horrible rooms, there was just a ventilator which in my room didn't work! So we called the technic to see and he said it was ok, but the kids' room was a lot faster, however it was as hot as ours. So we went to the receptionist to speak about the case and we went to the superior rooms and i paid 280 euros more. There it had air conditioner but once again didn't work. We called again the technic, miguel to see the problem. When he was working on it i asked him a few times "how is it?" But he semmed to be mannerless so i repeated a bit harder and lowder and he said he wasn't deaf shouting he left our room i tried to ask him how the air conditioner worked but he closer the door as a thunder. I calmed a bit and i went agiain to the receptionist to talk about the technic and she said he didn't understand, it isn't true, because i talked to him spanish.
I went to the pool and when i dove into the water i saw it was completely dull!!
The food was the part that has impressed me because there was a giant variety o food and it was reasonable good!
When i went to speak with the receptionist about internet, he said it was 4 euros per hour! I was amazed ! And 7 days, 30 euros it as completely desproportionate!!! Alsoafter talking with my grandchildren we decided to buy, but the other worker warned us there wasn't internet!
The toals of our rooms were a bit dirty, which is completely uncomprehensionable for a three stars hotel!
The beach is very far from here the fotos are fake.
Every one who works or worked in the hotel are unbred!
Completing the avaluation i didn't like to be there.

Room Tip: If you want the best rooms are the superior ones

Have just returned from a glorious week in Tenerife, staying at the Princesa Dacil hotel. Hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff and nice food, but could have done with air conditioning. When we booked the holiday, we thought it would have had air conditioning in all rooms and should have checked (our fault), however its only the top 3 floors that have it. You can book a room on these floors at an extra 20 euros a day we were told when we arrived, but we chose to stay in our room on the 8th floor. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and we had excellent views of Los Cristianos town and beach, beautiful at night. The pool and bar area outside was very nice too, with activities for the kids. All in all we had a great week but I wouldnt go all-inclusive to this hotel (unless you have children that is) - there's too much to see and do outside, so many cafes and restaurants to explore with lovely cuisine. We just went bed and breakfast which was good for us. Will definately go back to Los Cristianos and may even stay at the Princesa again...............

Room Tip: We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel, lovely views of the beach and surrounding area. Its a...

We booked the hotel Princesa decil as a three star all inclusive , inclusive being the operative word
This hotel is not three star it's only a two star in my opinion .
Start with the room, the room was clean and serviceable .
The beds were made of stone, there was no air con, the bathroom was ok, but there was no hair dryer you could have one to rent for 25euro a week five of that was a deposit ,there were towels in the bathroom for one person but if you phone down they do bring some up for you.
Yes there was a safe in the room, yes you've guest it you have too pay 25 euro a week.Reseption, there is WiFi in this hotel, yes that's write you have to rent it 25 euro a week 5 euro an hour.
Pool there were adequate beds around the area but not enough room to put them ,pool towels yes available to rent at 25 euro a week,
In conclusion this hotel is not all inclusive as all inclusive does what it says on the tin
Save your self money use the hotel as a bed and breakfast and eat and drink else where as the food and drink was very reasonable and you also had free WiFi .

Room Tip: As there are only three floor with air con I would choose one of them . Choose a room over looking...

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks from 07 june, when we arrived and checked in we were told our room was on the 10th floor and that we had a very good room, when we walked into our room i was very pleased with it, it was on the end of the corridoor looking out to the beach and harbour. ,the beds were two single beds tied together but that didnt bother us 1 bit it was still made up like a double and was fairly comfortable (having read bad reviews about this aswell) we had no problems with the beds, We had seperate bedroom and living room the room was huge there was more than enough wardrobes/cupboards, and also we had a fan in the bedroom ( apparantly only the 10th floor has fans unless you upgrade .all in all the room was great and very clean .
I was abit worried about reading reviews about the food .... What are you all complaining about the food is absolutley fine good variety everyday and theres something for every1 , always fresh meat being cooked infront of you . The best thing from the breakfast has to be the pain-au-chocolat me and my boyfriend loved them .i went down every morning to reserve sunbed if your not at your bed for around 10oclock the life gaurd will remove your towels apart from that the pool area was really nice and kept well clean .the entertainment staff are really good and they have activities all day everyday for adults and children my boyfriend joined in quite alot of the activities and really enjoyed them (waterpolo darts and ping pong) i would definatley recommend this hotel to family and friends and i would also most definatley return to this hotel great hotel great entertainment and great location , i would also reccomend anyone goin to tenerife siam park is a must its the best water park ive ever been to had a great day out
DONT READ THE BAD REVIEWS these people are obviously just very fussy people !!!

Room Tip: Request higher rooms as i believe these are bigger

Went all inclusive & got value for money on drinks alone ,food is ordinary as expected on a European all inc .only the pool bar open for most of the time and apart from Lemes all the other bar staff don't seem to want to be there especially when your all inclusive ,not made to feel very welcome ,my advice is take advantage of the drinks & eat out Tenerife is struggling & there is plenty of choice for food if you eat out . Won't be returning in a hurry but that's just Tenerife in general .Surely bar staff in a resort hotel need to be warm & friendly CHEER UP

Stayed here for three nights bed and breakfast and booked it on Internet when travelling around Tenerife because it was cheaper than most to be honest. You get what you pay for though, is what it is, clean and basic, breakfast is adequate. Busy round pool. My big issue is that my room had no fridge ( first hotel I have ever stayed in abroad without a fridge ) enquired at reception and was informed that I could hire a fridge for 39 euro and a 10 euro deposit for one week ! Explained I only needed one for 3 nights ! Not assisted and not impressed at all. Not great if you wake up in the middle of the night and need a cold drink ! p.s also 4 euro an hour for Internet. Muggers! Better getting an apartment elsewhere and enjoying breakfast at the numerous places in Los cristianos. Poor show. If booking a cheap deal be aware there are add on,s!
