Great food great views, the staff are very welcoming, the owner Nuria speaks perfect english, some french and german and even some welsh, i didnt have a bad meal there and ate there most days, when you return you are treated like a friend but its not too over powering. The other tapas bars have staff tempting you in , El Pincho doesnt seem to need to , they must rely on reputation, i also noticed alot of spanish eat there , again a good indicator of good food.
try it for yourself. i wasnt disapointed.
