Very friendly staff, rooms cleaned regularly, well maintained. We requested a room on the 6th floor as it is cooler and quieter, the blocks are two stories high so request the top floor if you don't want the noise of heels and scrapping furniture late at night. No lifts but don't panic, there is a gate which will bring you into the grounds on the 4th floor, its further up the hill near the laundry. Great if you have a car or loads of shopping. You can also get a key to this gate as it is locked at approx. 5pm each evening, this is not well known so be nice and polite and you may get one.
Cooking facilities limited, 2 electric rings and a microwave and toaster. no oven so don't be buying a pizza to cook. Lots of local eateries in the area so don't be a slave to the kitchen. Get a remote for the TV, you have to pay a fee but this is refundable when you leave.
The hotel is up the hill with not a lot around, but walk into the town and get a cab back, well worth it.More
