We stayed in a junior suite which was a little way up the road from the main hotel, this meant that it was very quiet and relaxing though. The main hotel pool and restaurant are available to use and breakfast was included. We also had transfers from the port and to the airport included in our room rate. The hotel is on Platis Gialos beach and we also spent time on the quieter Agia Anna beach (a short coastal walk away). There is a regular half hourly bus service from the hotel to Mykonos town. The staff were all very helpful (although a little busy on check in / out days!) and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Petinos Hotel.

This is the second time I've visited this hotel and i would go again. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is amazing and quite delicious. The thing that makes this hotel amazing however is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, from the people on reception to the cleaners to the man who drives you to the airport. It really is worth a visit.

Great hotel right on one of the nicest beaches on Mykonos. Service was excellent - very friendly staff who helped out whenever they could. We had a large room on the ground floor near the garden/patios - which had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very chilled - with a great restaurant connected to the hotel - with a splendid breakfast choice - and views over the bay. Would happily go back.

We have very much enjoyed our holiday in this nice hotel, which is perfectly situated at Platis Yialos. More importantly, the staff were exceptional and eager to assist at all times.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to all visitors in Mykonos.

The hotel is situated on Platy Gialos, a small town that is 10 min bus ride from Old Port. Smaller one of two hotels bore the same name of Petinos. The room is small even by European standard. This hotel hosts a lot of group tours, so expect it is always busy. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, so as others along the board walk. Try them all if you have a chance.
Due to the strike in Greece, I was re-routed to this one instead of "a sea view room" that I booked. The room I was in didn't have any ventilation. No toothbrush or hair conditioner, so remember to bring some. Tap water is not safe to drink, even after boiled (taste salty anyways). Buying bottle water is a must. Lucky that there were a couple of convenience stores within 50 meters.

Room tip: Avoid the rooms facing the street at all cost;
