We stayed here for 3 nights in September. Its a lovely small luxury hotel. Service is really good.
Hotel is well located. One thing i like this hotel the most is the convinient for transportations.
you can walk to two beaches, bus stop right in front of the hotel if you want go to mykonos town.

Restaurant right at the two beaches.
I will suggest you asking for the room facing the pool, so you can have a better view.

The view from their breakfast area is breathtaking.....

My My husband and I were guests at the Petasos Hotel in early October and have beautiful memories of our stay thanks to the very courteous and professional staff as well as the lovely location and views the hotel has (when we saw the photo of the outside terrace eating area overhanging the water as if one were on a ship or floating on water we were sold!) Sept-Oct is a great time to go because at the end of the season there are more opportunities for a relaxing holiday one does not have at the height of season (the hordes of cruise crowds are
wanning, the beaches are not crowded and the choice of beach lounges is infinite yet all the wonderful sunny days are to be had and swimming almost alone is quite common. (The feeling that the beach is all yours to swim, meditate and gaze at the horizon is wonderful!) Not to mention the better deals and possible upgrades that may be yours at this time. Also Petasos has a bus stop directly in front of the hotel for a short ride to Mykonos town going every 30min on the dot, never late!!
We received an upgrade upon checking in, a suite of 70m2 with a private pool---amazing!And the view breathtaking! We were very happy for that. Breakfast buffet was nice, lovely linen and china but the only negative was insufficient fresh melons and cantaloupes which we tried and loved at the town market. All in all we highly recommend the Petasos!Sagapo and efharisto poli!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with the bus stopping right in front of the hotel to take us into Mykonos town. The pool area was beautiful with very comfortable seating. The view from the restaurant was awesome and we enjoyed our breakfast there every morning.
Staff was great and very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay - magnificent views, great pool, wonderful staff and delightful food. We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Greek Island hopping tour and we did not want to leave!

The main reason I am giving this hotel 5 stars is because of the people! Every person we came across was SO SO nice and accommodating. We walked out of our room when we were checking out and a man walked by and insisted on carrying our luggage for us, even though it was clear he was in the middle of something else.

Breakfast was included in our rate and you eat in the same area as their VIP restaurant, so the views are quite fabulous (yes, you should bring your camera to breakfast). Another neat thing about this hotel is all the unique lounge chairs by the pool -- they were so comfortable! Granted we were there the first week of "off-season" so it was quite empty.

The rooms are rather small and we even got upgraded on arrival (based on other reviews it seems like they do this a lot, so don't pay to upgrade, wait until you get there). Our small patio had great views!

It is located a 2 minute walk from the beach and a great restaurant called Avli. It was so tasty we went there twice! There is also a mini-market 50m from the entrance to buy waters/snacks for cheap. We ate at the lunch restaurant once and it was nothing special, I don't recommend if you can avoid it. We rented ATVs through the hotel and the rental company came and picked us up and dropped us off, it was really convenient and CHEAP (it was $50 for the entire day, with insurance).

One recommendation I wish I would have known about Mykonos (again, we went the first week of off-season, so this may not be completely accurate if you are going during a time when you can/want to lay by the pool for a few days) is to only stay for 2 nights. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days and were struggling to find things to do!! What we DID do was get massages and their Spa was really nice, one of the best massages I've ever gotten. Again, the service was amazing!

Room Tip: wait until you get there to ask for an upgrade.

This hotel is situated 10 minutes from Mykonos town. It's set in a harbor, with beautiful view of sea and mountain. Rooms are well sized, ac running as soon as you set it up, which is immediately, since outside is very hot
Breakfast is as seem to be in Greece, a huge varied spread.
Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was great as well.
It's children friendly, but not too much to do for the young ones.
