“Wonderful hotel, great location”
Reviewed July 26, 2013

This was a perfect start to our european summer holiday. From the start, the staff were very helpful and provided great suggestions. Rooms were very good, each with a balcony with a view over a picturesque beach. The bathrooms were a little tight especially navigating the shower over bath. The breakfast area was just divine - great location, food, and especially the service (Thanks Mihaela). the hotel does have parking and arranged for us a cheap car to visit some of the more remote beaches. Hotel Nissaki is just 150m from the Platys Gialos beach and the regular boat to Super Paradise, Elia etc. There is also a very good bus service to Mykonos town. Thanks for a wonderful start to our holiday. (Two couples)

We stayed at Nissaki Boutique hotel for 4 nights in July 2013 and could not have been happier with our choice. I reviewed many hotels on line and stayed in other areas before. I loved this boutique hotel. The staff were magnificent (Vasiliki, Michaela, Napoleon, Appo, Vicki). They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. We can't thank them enough. The hotel is without a doubt, a gem. It is in away from the crowds, but walking distance to wonderful restaurants and steps to amazing beaches. I have already recommended it to my friends and will be staying there again on my next trip to Greece.

We stayed at the Nissaki Boutique hotel for 3 nights, and it was so perfect!

- Room: The accommodation was spectacular. It was super clean, modern with designer interiors. We booked a twin share, but we got upgraded to a junior suite!! We absolutely loved it. The room was huge, the balcony was huge and the bathroom was huge with 2 sinks and 2 showers! The beds were very comfortable. We definitely felt quite pampered staying here. I believe all the rooms have a view which is a bonus.

- Hotel: The pool area was fantastic which has unobstructed water/coastal views. All the $20million yachts dock out the front! There are 2 pools which are small, but caters well to the small number of hotel guests. Lovely pool seats and lounges - we lazed around here pretty much 3-4 hours a day. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with SOOO much choice!

- Location: Great location, located within very short walking distance of the 2 main beaches, Platis Gialos and Psarou Beach, but positioned quite secluded on the coast line. I really liked staying in this area - it is a slower pace, not so busy and has a more couple/family atmosphere compared to the busier and vibrant Mykonos town. Platis Gialos beach also has some of the best restaurants in Mykonos. I would say this area is more classier thank mykonos.

- Staff: The staff are so helpful and friendly. They really anticipated our needs, like offering to organising our shuttle and checking ferry timetables the day before we checked out. They also offered friendly tips on places to go out and eat. Really great staff all around from reception, the porter, the dining and pool staff.

Basically, this hotel was absolutely stunning and I would 100% stay at this place again if I came back to Mykonos. I loved everything about it.

Room Tip: There are 2 buildings, each being 2 floors each. We stayed in the main building - the 1st floor is b...

We stayed at Nissaki Boutique Hotel at Platis Yiallos on Mykonos Island for ten days in July 2013 and we had the most wonderful time. They looked after us extremely well and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were exceptional. They were warm and friendly (Vasileki, Vicki, Michaela, Napoleon and Appo) and we will definitely be returning. Our family room was beautiful and clean and the view from our balcony was amazing. We loved our stay at Nissaki! Thank you so much :-)

We spent 4 days at Nissaki and it was a highlight of our trip, including that we stayed in a Starwood Luxury Collection property in Athens and a "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" property while on Santorini. The location is great; views incredible, and the staff are all absolutely amazing. You can't go wrong!

Our stay at this hotel has raised the bar in what we expect for a week away in Greece now as we just couldn't fault it in any way . The location, sea view and cleanliness are second to none but what really makes this place above the rest is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff . Vassiliki at reception was so warm and friendly as soon as we arrived and she recommend so many good restaurants and beaches to us and she was spot on with everything ! Thanks again Vassiliki ! both Napoleon and Michaela were also so helpful too the service was so personal from all of them . We can't wait to go back again next year but this time we will go for 2 weeks as 1 week just wasn't enough here in this lovely place . Great service , spotlessly clean , 10 mins drive from airport and 15 min bus ride in to mykonos town and buses run late in to the night . If you miss the last back home , then a taxi is not expensive . Close to many beaches and great sea view from balcony ! All in all a fantastic and memorable stay and after years of travelling around the Greek islands this tops them all for sheer class , quality and beauty too . We didn't have one bad meal all week and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants something a cut above the rest .
