Hotel Palladium was a great experience. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there it is not, by regular standards, a 5-star hotel. Booking on their site was easy. I was able to note that I would like an ocean view room and airport transportation was included. When I arrived at the airport the shuttle was not waiting, a mere mishap in my opinion. Check-in was easy. They offer you a warm towel and a welcome glass of champagne. Although an ocean view room was promised I did not get that, but I did get a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. It had a full living room. There were two twin-size beds in the larger room and a queen size bed in the smaller room. The smaller room had direct access to a cool patio. Breakfast is also included here. Although it's advertised as an "enriched american" breakfast, it was not great. I did eat at the restaurant 2 nights in a row. The food was just that good. The chicken stuffed with Feta was AMAZING. There's a bus literally steps from the hotel, which is about 2 euros that comes every 30 minutes it goes to Mykonos town. It takes about 15 minutes and the last bus leaves from Mykonos town at 2AM. Although the hotel explained that there were only 35 cabs on the entire island, so that it could be tough getting back after 2AM from Mykonos town, I had no trouble and it was about 10 euros. The housekeeping staff was nice. I noticed on my final bill that I was charged for breakfast, 13 euros per day. The person who checked me out explained that the way the bill is broken down it's actually tax. Overall I would stay here again because it is convenient and a nice place.

Room Tip: Room 309 is a large two-bedroom suite .

This hotel was really wonderful. The staff were the friendliest ever, the food was delicious and the room was very large and comfortable. It was a short walk to Psarou beach but down a steep path or lots of steps, we preffered the Platis Gialos beach 350yds away, uphill coming back, but there is a bus from the beach to Mykonos Town- which is beautiful. The Water Boat Taxi takes you to Paradise, Super Paradise, Ellia beaches and is 5, 6 0r 7 euros retuen. The hotel provides an airport shuttle & only takes 10-15mins. The only down side was the fact that the hotel accepts babies and our room was next to twin babies.I came with my daughter, and we had a great holiday!

Room Tip: Room 405 steps out onto the pool area, very nice!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the room very nice. My only complaint is the romantic dinner for 2. It is a rip off. Your romantic dinner is in the restaurant with other guests. The food is good and a lot but you can not change anything. We wanted as our main course just to split one meal since we were already full. We planned on still paying the full amount but didn't want to waste food. No that was not allowed, instead we wasted a lot of food. When we finished they were kind enough to save dessert and the rest of the wine for the next night.
Invest your money in something else besides the romantic dinner for 2. We could of eaten enough to fill us up for half the price. As I said there was nothing romantic sharing dinner with the rest of the restaurant.
The jacuzzi in our room had a mind of it's own. It would start and stop when it wanted to regardless of how many times you try to restartt it.

We stayed at the palladium in late June for 11 days and had a truly perfect stay. The staff are genuinely to ensuring your stay is as good as can be; they are friendly, professional, helpful and always cheerful, which really makes a difference.
This hotel is indeed a small boutique hotel with around 35 – 40 rooms, spotlessly clean and all facing the central pool area, with some rooms also looking out towards the bay and sea.
The rooms were quite large, typically Greek furnishings (tiled floor; table and chairs; sideboard and TV and nice bathrooms) and a balcony or terrace. Small fridge mini bar with prices a little high at 3 to 4 x the price of the shop next door; a little cheaper and we would have used the mini bar supplies; as it was, we bought cans next door and just used the fridge to keep things cold. 10 days of €6 beers would add up…. But this is a great hotel; pool bar is nice; good, reasonably priced food; good hot tub; nice little gym; pool itself is very pleasant with enough loungers. Beach / pool towels provided free of charge. The hotel itself is very smart and elegant to walk around; the photos on the web site are a good reflection of what to expect. Food was fine; breakfasts were usually a buffet of excellent quality hot and cold food catering for all tastes. The main restaurant is wonderful; great views and great food for dinner. The hotel sometimes does a dinner, bed and breakfast package; we were on this and ate like kings for the whole stay.
The hotel’s location is a 10 min bus ride from Mykonos Town and a 5 minute walk from Platys Gialos beach where the boats leave for the other main beaches each morning. Really helps knowing the bus times (quarter to and quarter past – stop right outside the hotel door; uphill to Mykonos Town) and so it’s easy to get into town each evening. The small boats leaving Platys Gialos harbour to the beaches leave at 20 past each hour to Paradise (lost) (unless you like an ultra-loud disco on the beach), Super Paradise (ok) and Elia (probably the best) beaches. A taxi to the hotel from Mykonos Town is around €8 (Just say €8 and the cabbie agrees). Rent a moped or a quad bike from the hotel and you pay maybe just €1 a day more but they use a reputable large rental firm and get you picked up and dropped off to the hotel by the rental company.
Like most hotels on Mykonos, it’s very gay-friendly and being a gay couple was a non-issue to staff and guests alike. We would absolutely return to this hotel; it’s a lovely place with excellent staff.

We stayed in the beautiful Palladium Hotel, in a sea view room in early May 2013 and had an amazing time.

It is in a great location, up on the top of the hill giving it fantastic views of the bay, but within a short walk from the local beaches & tavernas. We hired a car, and it's only a 10 minute drive from both Mykonos town (which is well worth the visit!) and the airport - though the hotel provided a complementary shuttle bus to and from the airport which was great.

One of the things that sets this hotel aside is the really helpful, and friendly staff who really leave a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - we hope to return one day!

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are great

We stayed here for 6 nights in August with 3 children. We took the family room which wasn't the largest and there is no natural light however we didn't spend much time in room so it was fine. The staff at the hotel are wonderfully helpful and dealt with any requests, reservations we needed. Hotel is well located above Psarou (Nammos Beach Club) and the more family Platos Gialos. Small gym and lovely pool. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
