Visited Villa Nireas with my 16yr old daughter. It had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and bright. Close to beach and water taxis to other beaches. Bus stop just up the road to Mykonos town. The owners were so helpful and obliging taking us to the supermarket and and giving free transfers to and from airport. We would stay there again and recommend it.

My wife and I loved our amenities during our stay in Mykonos. Despite our flight being delayed until 11 p.m., the owner's son, Niko, came to the airport and picked us up and brought us to our place. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and had a full kitchen setup for our use. We were literally a five minute walk from Platy Gialos beach which is beautiful, and had several good restaurant options all right there.
Just spent 7 nights at Villa Nireas in a two bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 floor appartment/villa. It was the best self catering holiday accomodation we have stayed in. Spotless, modern, bright, cleaned daily with well equiped kitchen. the owner Alexander took me to the larger, slightly out of town supermarket within an hour of arriving. So helpful. Came back one evening to find a plate of delicious cake left in the kitchen for us. Want to go back next year. 5 min walk to main beach or for 5mins more walk over low cliff top path to next beach on the left side worth the extra stroll.
I endorse everything that has been said, the appartment was better than anything we could have hoped for, Plenty of clean soft towels every day, . Alexander & Maria could not have done more for us.They drove us to the supermarket to stock up, Maria even made halva for us and gave us a bottle of wine on the last night.. Nothing was too much trouble.
We have just spent 10 days at Villa Nireas and have to say what lovely apartments they are , spacious full kitchen, comfortable beds and every thing you could wish for. And the hosts Alexander and Marie could'nt be more helpful or accommodating .
There is no need to repeat the words of previous guests as all of the praise is justified. If you book here you will have access to a supermarket that is really cheap but if you do not hire a car you would need a taxi as the bus is really not convenient--or you could ask the owners to take you there. The airport is not far but you must accept that airport "runs" are always at inflated prices. Your flight home is in the evening and you may think that it will be a long day without any alternative facilities. The villa not only has a 12 noon book-out but offers facilities to leave bags and have a shower as late as you like. Also if the property is not booked for others on that departure day you may be offered to keep your own room until the evening. "Room service" here extends to that of a 4-star hotel with beds made ,crockery put away ,and a replacement towel well before you need one.You are reading a book and your bookmark shows that you are nearly finished. Maria spots this and offers a replacement--it's big brother with a difference.
At a hotel you would expect a cost to all of the above and you would expect that other personal touches are in expectation of tips-here it costs you nothing.
