Awful dirty smelly hotel!
Outrageous customer service from the rude staff on front desk one man in particular 'Nacho'.
We were put in a basement flat like dungeon room! Crowded and damp as there was only on window at the front of the room leaving the condensation from the bathroom lingering around ! Brown plaster walls unpainted! Bathroom sliding door hanging swinging of its ceiling hinges unable to close for privacy! The room really was very very bad and my partner and I were most disappointed. We also had to wait 6 hours after arrival at the hotel to get into our room even though we requested and confirmed hour early check in !! The only good thing was the food . Will NOT be going back and I suggest you dont book here either '

Put simply, you get what pay for.. But that doesn't excuse this hotel completely. There are no extras, no complimentary nicities and certainly no out of the way service. They churn and burn through rooms, checkin and checkout is waiting game, with one staff member at times serving 10+ waiting guests. But you knew that when you booked. For my partner and I, it was just a bed and a pool for the hours we weren't out for meals or at the clubs. Quite frankly the room was [--]. The last guest had used one of the blankets at the beach and it got sand all over the floor, we couldn't care less. Treat them how they treat you, just don't expect anything. It's close to the town and that's all that matters. Also, don't buy club tickets from the girls in the shop attached to the hotel, I went in to see what was on a particular night and to try and sell me Cream tickets she said Calvin Harris was headlining.. Some of the things they must get away with.. Be smart and get a wristband or buy them of the street sellers. Would absolutely never stay here again, but had no option and were prepared for no fresh water (shower and taps are salt) and all the other crap that these cheap hotels come with.

Me and a female friend stayed here for our first three nights in Ibiza.
Bad points are we had to bump our luggage up lots of stairs and the pool area is rammed so it can be difficut to get a sun lounger. You need to be a heavy sleeper or take ear plugs as you can hear the planes and the first couple of nights there were some girls screaming and shouting around 6am.
Good points; The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed, location was fantastic, only five mins from space and the bars, 10 from the beach and ushuia.
I had my bag stolen whilst out and the staff were helpful.
Lots of cheesy entertainement and things for children to do. Yoga and exercises in the morning.
The food was pretty good with a wide variety from seafood and salad to pizza and chips.
Weird thing was that when we turned the TV on it was porn so parents beware!

We have just come back from four days at this hotel which we had booked as we were attending a wedding over there (beautiful wedding, beautiful bride, beautiful venue). After reading the reviews which seemed to get worse as time went on we had no great expectations of this hotel and resigned ourselves to the fact that it was the wedding that was important and that we would just have to put up with the hotel. In fact we found the hotel really pleasant. We enjoyed all our meals. There was plenty of choice of fish, fruit and vegetables which I tend to go for, but also a good choice of meat. I agree that the eggs were a bit cold so after the first day I had the lovely crusty bread and marmalade instead (along with fruit and yoghurt). The pool area was nice and led directly to the beach. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I do have to say that it is quite noisy during the night with people coming back from clubs but anyone going there would probably know its a party resort so you have to expect that. Also I thought my husband and myself would stick out like sore thumbs, being passed the clubbing age, but there were guests of all ages there. I wouldn't go back to the resort, as its not for us, which we knew, but there is nothing wrong with the hotel at all.

Just returned from a 4 night stay here and I was most impressed and would personally rate this place as 4* rather then the 3* it actually has. Upon arrival we were greeted in a most friendly manner by the check-in desk. They gave us good information about local amenities and immediately changed our room when we decided we didn’t want the ground floor one they put us in and moved us to the top floor no fuss. The hotel has great character as most of the rooms are in blocks that look more like holiday villas rather then a hotel. Ours was on the far side of the complex giving us a great panoramic of the pool, airport, hills and sea. For the first time ever on a Spanish holiday we slept in beds that were super comfortable and soft, rather then the 10 years past their sell by date rock mattresses you seem to get in every Spanish hotel nowadays. We stayed all-inclusive and were quite impressed with the lunches and dinners on offer, although we didn’t rate the breakfasts too much (cold scrambled egg, urrgh). Overall I would say the food was that you would get at a 4 * hotel, and if you like fresh fruit and salads like I do then this place won’t disappoint. Location wise this place was ideal for us, as we were a 10 minute walk to the livelier end of town near Bora Bora beach, yet far enough away from all of the mass stag parties and lads group that you might find in places like Jet apartments. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for hedonism by the pool 24/7, but perfect if you’re a couple of family looking for quiet times in the day, and partytime at night.

Finally, I read a lot of other reviews on this place before we decided to go with it as it mainly seemed to be people having gripes about quite trivial things. Ultimatly when booking, we looked at the prices to stay here as opposed to nearby similar hotels such as the Grand palladium and the Fiesta etc. You will find the Bahamas club comes in much cheaper, so bare that in mind when booking yourself if you’re on a budget like we were. These gripes didn’t bother us one bit, even the saltwater taps which I kept forgetting about, and brushing my teeth with.

Overall: Great value hotel that punches above its weight; well worth it.

Kind Regards

Room Tip: We stayed in 6301 and had great views.

The hotel is not clean at all. Our room had ants and there was a horrible smell. Plus we were staying on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators so we had to carry our luggage all the way up. Its more like a resort not a hotel cause there is no one to help. We chose it because its for families and we felt it would be safer but we were really shocked. We complained and no one did anything about it. I couldnt wait to leave this disgusting place and i promised to write about it on booking.com and thats where the receptionist laughed and said i was threatening her! So just beware. They were very nice to us by email and we expected the best treatments in ibiza but unfortunately. And one last thing, i think they wash the buffet plates with hot water only as they are oily. Thats disgusting but its a fact. I hope they enhance this hotel cause it deserves a better treatment

Fantastic family, and couple hotel. The rooms are spotless, and everything works! Any problems were quickly resolved. The atmosphere is great, people really try to please you, the food is wonderful as well.
Daily activities for the kids, and a whole two minutes away from the town, or, a 5 second walk out the back to the beach. Brilliant location and I visited 3 times!
