Hotel Club Bahamas Ibiza
Ranked #11 of 33 Hotels in Playa d'en Bossa

Hotel is great for families especially with young children, Hotel run kids club outstanding especially Franchesa and Sandra, it ran daily from 10am till 1pm every day, then again from 3.30-430pm.
Food - buffet great selection every day including freshly cooked pasta available.
Entertainment staff excellent, Mama Mia and dirty dancing shows excellent!
Rooms, our first room 1035, was awful, stale fusty smell when walked in, no drawers, very dark and very close to a very nosiy bar/disco which went on till around 1am every night. We changed rooms to 2014 which was completly different, clean, no smell and plently of drawers! Great room. Cleans towels every day.
Pools were seawater and also the shower was seawater, which was bizarre but okay.
Beach gorgeous.
Only downside nothing to walk too on an evening Playa den bossa not recommened for families, so if you dont mind staying in the hotel or getting buses to other resorts then great!

Room Tip: do not have ground floor room or any room beginning 10(1035 etc)

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the HCBI. What a fantastic place, highly recommend it, if you have booked you are in for a great holiday. Where to start? accommodation - rooms were lovely, we had a family room for 2 adults and 2 small boys. Didn't feel claustrophobic. Room has a free fridge, bathroom quite swish, only downfall is the salt water in showers and taps, nightmare for hair!!! Free air conditioning too, TV with Disney channel, just £10 deposit for remote control. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard each day, even if you still in bed they return later. Whole of complex is very clean and well maintained. Pool is great, good sized kids pool. Food is the other bug one we always want to know about - well you won't be disapointed, always a great variety of choice, well cooked and very tasty, no separate section for kids but my 3&6 year olddidn't go a meal with not knowing what to get. Drinks great, when you get water you get bottles so you can stock your fridge up, no restriction on amount of dry ms you can get. All staff so so so friendly great with the kids, entertainment team fab they work so hard all day long, all activities, mr muscle witn his aqua gym, they not pushy to join in, they put on a nightly show which are fab, theybreally put their all into them, the dirty dancing show is a must. 2 kids clubs 1 Thomas cook and one by then hotel, both were great, my boys went in Thomas cook one each afternoon and loved it then joined in hotel pool activities. Beach is literally 2 mins away, it s very near airport and lots of planes do come over but that didn't bother us. Overall a fantastic place to go, nothing negative to say :0)

Stayed here for 2 weeks in August with my wife and 2 kids aged 6 & 8.This hotel is a very good 3* but outside the resort was a dump so never ventured out much. Stayed in ground floor right by the pool, room was ok for the amount of time we spent in it. Pool area very good and kids loved the Thomas Cook kids club. Great beach but you can not use your AI bands while there. Good choice of food and snacks and ice creams served all day from the pool bar, Kids loved going up on their own. Entertainment team worked their socks off day and night.
Small waterpark 10 min walk down the road 58 euros for a family of 4 plus 2.5 euros per sunbed. My kids loved it but there were only about 7 slides and 3 have height restrictions so if you have younger kids it may not be worth the money.

So overall GREAT hotel poor resort and for that reason alone we will not be returning to Club Bahamas.

We booked this holiday over one year, and after reading the reviews our family was really excited. The hotel and anamacion team lived up to all our expectations - what an holiday, 'absolutely fantastic'.
Our holiday was fully inclusive and the quality of the food was excellent, lots of choice and none of us never found wanting. The pool bar staff were always friendly and service was quick, and these doubled up to waiter service at the night time entertainment which was outside ( a big thanks to Raffa & Daniel).
I can't praise the anamacion team enough, through the day there were sessions for the kids in the koala club (a big thank you to Sandra for making our boys holiday memorable), as well as sports activities for the teenagers and adults. One not to miss is the aqua gym at 12.30 by Mr. Muscle (Brice).
At night the shows are thoroughly entertaining, the best we have seen on our travels. A massive thank you to Ruth, Sandra, Francesca, Erik, Robbie, Wilson, Karen, Brice, Erika, Mirko, Lissette
We will definitely return and look forward to seeing you soon.

We returned from Hotel Club Bahamas on August 20th after a fantastic 2 weeks all inclusive family holiday with 2 children age 11 and 9. The choice of food, drinks and ice cream was outstanding, something for everyone, if you fancy a snack at lunch time, you could choose to eat in the restaurant (buffet style) help yourself, or have a ham and cheese toastie, hamburger, chips from the outside snackbar and eat round the pool area. The pool is lovely our children spent all day and most of the early evening in and out of the pool, my husband and I took part in the daily activities, aqua aerobics, pool volley ball, beach volley ball. There was now pressure to take part if you just wanted to chill out. The music and evening entertainment was also brilliant, a different show each night on the outside stage, we loved sitting out each night, it was so warm. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, our rooms were cleaned everyday and we were provided with clean bath towels each day. All the staff work very hard to make sure your holiday is very enjoyable, the enternainment staff are brilliant! We would definatley go back! The beach is beautiful, and there is a water park up the road 10 minute walk, great fun!

Room Tip: If your room is near the entertainment stage it was very noisy up until when the enterainment finish...

Bad points poor ground floor rooms, if you are allocated a ground floor room around the pool beware they are damp, black mould on the walls, the floor constantly wet causing you to slip, your bed and clothes feel damp. They are cleaned everyday but with sea water. This is what you have to wash in aswell so you go in the shower dirty and come out still feeling dirty.

The pool area is good lots of beds but yes be up early to get good ones. Always staff around sweeping up and cleaning the area.

Food in the restaurant good lots of choice.

Playa den bossa I agree with the comments it is full of drunks, I have stayed in this resort before and it wasn't bad but it is now so I wouldn't return again.

The best bit of this hotel is the Thomas Cook kids club. Sam and Jayne are fantastic with the kids, mine couldn't wait to go every day they loved it especially the chocolate party.

Room Tip: request a higher floor
