“First time in Ibiza”
Reviewed April 2, 2014

I stayed here for 3 nights last year. Lets start with the bad:

1) Its loud, don't stay here if you want peace and quiet!
2) One of the main DJ'S that was supposed to play was sick. There is no substitute so no party that night and they will not reimburse you 1 cent- nada.
3) Its expensive.
4) Don't buy beers at the bar on party nights! 15 euro for a Heineken- complete rip off!
5) Also watch out for the bar girls, they are hot and not scared to short change you!
6) On party nights you need to evacuate the main pool area by 2pm that day.
7) Japanese restaurant a waste of money

The Good:
1) The parties are amazing. We had a "ring side room" was so cool watching some of the worlds best Dj's from our balcony with the option of going to Dance in the crowd when you feel like it.
2) You can buy drinks at the store and keep them in your room, the hotel actually allows this, just no glass on the dance floor. You can also pick up a pizza/takeaway and take it back to your room.
3) the breakfast selection is probably the best I have ever experienced!
4) Contrary to what everyone says, I found the staff super friendly.
5) The special effects during the shows /parties are world class! Exactly what you would expect in Ibiza
6) Awesome beach area and facilities for hotel guests during the day. Drinks at the beach bar are reasonably priced.

In closing, I would def go back. Just make sure you plan it so that you get the right Dj for you. Also, you need to get a room with a view of the party or stage. Not all of the rooms face the party.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room facing the dance floor/stage

Modern fun hotel. Amazing events on the premises. Very well located. Easy access from the airport and my stay here was absolutely lovely. Our hotels had great events everyday by the pool side ...great party atmosphere but rooms very beautiful and not disturbed by the pool and beach crowd....highly recommend a stay here....fun interiors I enjoyed it a lot!

Ushuaia bills itself as "The Hotel That Loves VIPs" and can't deny that, keeping the value of money, the cleanliness of the rooms, the design, the treatment of their customers and the access to all parties.
The beach club and the tower are also amazing, make sure you try that as well!
I have stayed in the hotel last summer, I have heard many complaining about the customer care, but hey, let's remember that's Ibiza, and nobody really cares.
Overall, Ushuaia has to offer a luxurious, unforgettable experience!

This is a fantastic hotel - great location (across the street from Space), modern amenities, funky decor, live music, awesome parties, on the beach, fabulous food, and chic clientele. That being said, everything is very expensive and sometimes the service just doesn't live up to the price tag. We stayed in The Tower and the building was amazing. The lobby and hallways have a pleasant vanilla aroma (they must pump it through the air ducts or something!) and everything was clean, new, and had a great vibe. Access to all of the hotel pool parties and a reserved section for hotel guests on the beach is included in the price, which is great. However, we had some issues with the wait staff on the beach. It can take a long time to get an umbrella and drinks. And we're not just being picky…we had to ask several of the staff members several times and even hunt them down to get service. Granted it is busy, and everyone wants a drink and umbrella. But seriously. It seems that they have some kind of system where every staff member gets a certain section of the beach and if you aren't in their section, they can't (won't) help you. After this happened a couple of times we started to get a bit peeved, as we're of the belief that if you are paying $1,000+ a night at a place you should receive first class service (i.e. you shouldn't have to hunt down a waiter or set up an umbrella). In addition, there was some confusion as to whether or not you can reserve a specific spot on the beach (which we were told you cannot). Yet on one occasion we were told that the lounge chairs we were settling in to were already reserved by other guests (there wasn't any indication of this, not even towels laid out on the chairs). As for our room, it was very comfortable but the bolt function of the door didn't work. My husband and I were napping in our room late in the afternoon of the day we checked in when we awoke to a staff member entering our room to refill the mini-bar (the door had been bolted but was faulty, and we didn't put up the "do not disturb" sign because we figured we JUST CHECKED IN, why would anyone need to enter?). The hotel sent up maintenance to fix the faulty door, but it was a nasty surprise to wake up to a stranger in our room. Moving on, the breakfast at the hotel is delicious - the truffled scrambled eggs were our favorite. Lots of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, meats & cheeses, etc. for you to refuel on after a long night. We dined at the sushi restaurant and the beach side restaurant as well, which were both excellent. Between the incredible music line up (Avicii, David Guetta, etc.), parties, and location Ushuaia has a lot to offer. But the price tag simply might not be worth it unless you can look past some of the weaknesses in their service.

Room Tip: Rooms in The Tower are cheaper (you can get a bigger room for less $) and you still are 5 minutes (o...

Loved everything about this place. The club nights are awsome, great friendly crowd. The room prices are very high but you get a free e.teanxe ti cket to ushuaia club. Totally worth the money. Will do it again next year.

One of the few "wow" hotel you can find. A totally different experience: a delightful trendy hotel with perfect service and amenities turning into an incredible open air top notch discotheque at night. Not to mention the beach, just a few steps away from your breakfast area!

Stayed here in June, first time in Ibiza. When we arrived there was a party on which when we checked in was amazing.
Checked in and walked into a party, it set the holiday.
Rooms are amazing and clean modern.
Everybody you meet in Ibiza will see your wristband and instantly ask you about the hotel is it as nice as people say..Yes it is.
food is amazing, my typical breakfast was scrambled egg which has truffle in it! with Caviar and Bacon, dont ask it just worked.
Beach is quite and beds are large. And 2 partys when you are there save you 60-70 each time.
If you can go here it will make your holiday. Amazing place

Room Tip: Pool Facing so you get to people watch while getting ready.
