Fantastic hotel, Amazing Holiday, no complaints at all!
From the minute we arrived at Ushuaia we were blown away by the look and feel of the hotel. We felt really special staying at such a beautiful hotel. Its very clear alot of thought has gone in to the design of the hotel, loving all the animal statues placed throught the hotel. The hotel was always immaculate with staff constantly cleaning!
The hotel staff were fantastic they couldnt do enough to help us. When we rang reception they were with us in minutes with what ever we needed! The double room was perfect plenty big enough for the three of us. The mini bar was very well stocked and we put the ice machine along the corridor to good use!
The toiletries, robes and flip flops are a nice touch. As you would expect from such a hotel the towels were changed daily and you could change the beach towels every day if you wish.
There was always plenty of staff catering for your every need! Bar staff, pool staff, restaurant staff and the receptionists all spoke English and were extremely helpful.
The buffett breakfast,... OMG it was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had!!! It easily beats The Royal Meridian in Dubai and all other hotels i've stayed at! It was a massive selection of all kinds of food. You name it, it was probably served at breakfast! There was also the option to order hot food from a menu, cooked to order. Champagne was available every morning for those who wanted it, freshly squeezed juices of all varieties, fabulous Nespresso coffee machines so gaurenteed a great cuppa in the morning. The best bit about the breakfast was that it was served every day from 8-11.30am so if you're an early riser or if you like a long lie in then you'll still make breakfast every day!
The cocktails were gorgeous and very reasonably priced when comparing to the drinks prices in the clubs. We ate lunch at the hotel a few times and the food was delicious every time. The service was 1st class and the food came very quickly.
Alough the hotel is a party hotel we found it very relaxing during the day with realxed beats playing round the pool chilling on the luxurious cushioned sun loungers or day beds. It was also very quiet and peaceful at night (when there wasn't a party on!) And when there was a party on it was fantastic we saw Luciano's opening party which was ace!
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite Space and on the beach a few minutes from Bora Bora if you can drag yourself away from this beautiful hotel!
The hotel were happy to give us a late check out room as our flight wasn't until late at night, we organised this early on in the holiday, which made the last day much more relaxing.
I visit Ibiza every year and like to stay in Playa D'en Bossa, from now on i will always stay at Ushuaia Beach Hotel, I love it!

Room Tip: Any room will be amazing! Sea view rooms dont look over the pool/party Swim up pool rooms dont look over the pool/party

This hotel used to be Club Playa den Bossa a few years ago, and now when I come back all my expectations fell to ground. First, the prices are ridiculously high, and the waiters don't even give you your change back. Everything cool has to be paid apart, and the security will catch you like a mouse if you loose your bracelet. Can't they just talk to you normally?
The room, smelling like mold, was dusty under the bed and the promised soundproofing was not useful or perhaps non existing.
I left the hotel several days earlier and regrette so much having trust the advertising!
Tom.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel in the area.

Dear Guest,

Firstly, thank you very much for letting us know your opinion. We are really sorry for any inconvenience you had during your stay at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel and we’ll do our best to improve our services for next season.

The new Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel is completely different from the former Fiesta Club Playa d’en Bossa. The facilities, services & parties offered by the current hotel are higher on quality than before. That’s the reason why the prices of the services have increased during the past years.

Moreover, we would like to point out that security is really important to us so we can keep our guests’ privacy. That’s why we have a strict security team. Everyone staying at the hotel must wear a specific wristband in order to be identified as a guest and to be distinguished from those who are only partying. We want our guests to be protected from the big crowds that attend our parties.

We are also sorry for the misunderstanding. Not all our rooms are soundproofed, just the Suite Pioneer.

We’ll continue working to improve our services and we’ll take your opinion into account. We hope to see you again at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel or at any other Palladium Hotel Group resort/hotel.

Kind Regards.

First off, forget about the reviews of this hotel from last year. It was brand new then and like any new hotel, suffered from teething problems. This season its a much slicker and professional operation and management have rectified all the issues that arose from its first year. They now have an efficient grasp on what they are about and that is, a quality, adults only party hotel, with top notch facilities, food and VIP service.

The Hotel is located directly across the road from Space Nightclub and on the beach at Playa Den Bossa. Beach side Day beds with service are complimentary to guests of the hotel, as is entry to the many high profile pool parties that the Hotel holds from 5pm to Midnight five days a week. Guests also have access to a Gym with private trainer, saunas, steam rooms, spa, sushi restaurant and shops. The Hotel even has its own recording studio where budding DJ's can take private lessons or record a track.

The rooms are compact but stylish and minimalistic. They have their own erotic packs, aromatherapy and lighting control that reflect the guests mood. When a guest wants to party the mood of the room changes....when they want to relax and chill the room mellows and the lighting and ambience changes. This is reflected from outside the room on its neon door number so that staff do no disturb when the room is showing a private or chilled colour. There is also a service hatch where staff can leave food and drinks without disturbing the guests or opening the door. Complete privacy when you may not be looking your best. The room is full of high tech audio and visual gadgets. The swim up rooms are located in a more chilled and relaxing area of the hotel that is sound proofed by a 30m high living wall, that is full of individual potted plants. The swim up pool rooms even have an underwater sound system... Strange but true!!

Security at the Hotel is strict but professional. Guests are not bothered but protected from the big crowds that attend the many parties there. All access to rooms are guarded so than non residents cannot wander about. Guests can be invited back to rooms as long as they are accompanied by a resident. The parties close at Midnight due to open air noise regulation laws in Ibiza but the Hotel has its own private indoor club that can hold about 500 people. Also there are many private parties in all the rooms and as its a party hotel, guests are allowed to do what they want in the privacy of their rooms.

Breakfast is taken on an open terrace and its available until mid day. There is a great buzz at breakfast as guests mingle and enjoy one of the best breakfast/brunch selections on the Island. Private gardens, VIP cabanas and decking all around the hotel, reflect a quality approach by management to everything at Ushuaia. What I saw was impressive and a sign of things to come in Ibiza. This is where its at on the Island at present. If you want to party 24 hours in a quality hotel with like minded guests, then Ushuaia is the place to be in Ibiza. Rooms may be expensive but the added extras you get in return are well worth it. VIP is well catered for so if you have cash to splash.... this is the place to be seen to do it!!

Dear Guest:

Firstly, thank you very much for posting your opinion. We are very happy to know that you had a great time with us. As you pointed out, our objective for this summer was to solve all the teething problems we suffered last season and we did our best to achieve it.

We are also glad to read that you enjoyed with all our facilities & services: Gym with personal trainer, sauna, spa, sushi restaurant, beach club, breakfast buffet, shops and all kind of notch facilities and VIP services. As you also pointed out, our guests’ privacy and security is very important to us so that’s why we have a strict but professional team.

We are still working to improve our services and facilities for next season. We hope to see you again next summer at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel or at any other Palladium Hotel Group resort/hotel.

Kind Regards.

We were at this year's opening party. The concept is very well thought- out with a huge stage in the hotel grounds by the pool and a very nice beach area. The prices at 12 Euros for a beer were a bit steep but we were invited so we saved the 60 Euros entrance!Maybe not serious competition for Space, just across the road, but well worth a visit. Probably fun to stay there, but definitely for young people or young-at-heart, not for families with young children!!

Dear Guest:

Thank you very much for your comments. We are very happy to know that you had a great time with us and that you liked the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel's concept. It is true that our hotel is not for families. Ushuaïa Ibiza is an adult hotel where children are not allowed to enter at anytime of the day and where you must be over 18 to be a guest.

We hope to see you again at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel or at any other Fiesta Hotel Group resort/hotel in the future.

Sorry, I really can't understand what so many guests seem to complain about regarding this hotel: The Ushuaia has been known as one of Ibiza's busiest clubs for decades - obviously the hotel isn't going to be an oasis of calmness. We booked this year's opening weekend at the hotel, and I admit that sleeping wasn't always easy. But our sleeping is ok 362 nights per year at home, so for 3 nights we itentianally booked the Ushuaia to be at the core of the opening activity. We got what we expected and hoped for: Great parties, little sleep, a nice pool and beach area to relax in between. BTW: except for the opening weekend (when the party stops at 4am and starts again at 8am) the music at the hotel stops at midnight, leaving ample time to sleep for my taste.

Regarding the staff - ok, you may find more professional staff in other 4 and 5 star establishments - but they also don't have to deal with a crowds of hundreds or even thousands of party clubbers in the middle of their hotel. In our experience the staff was very friendly when treated in a friendly manner. If you try to boss them around they probably don't have a lot a time to deal with you considering they are simultaneously trying to fend of party guests trying to get into all different parts of the hotel.

Last not least: Breakfast is one of the best we have had in a hotel - lot's of food you may find handy after a long night out, ranging from fresh juices made before your eyes to 10 types of cheese, sausage, ham & bacon, freshly baked bread - and prosecco or red bull for those who can bare it for breakfast :-)
