We have just returned from a week's holiday here and it lives up to its 4 star status in all aspects, apart from the food which I would rate as 3 star due to the selection most nights (however breakfast was amazing)
Room- was really nice, spotless and spacious, people moan about a lack of plug sockets but how many do you need really? Our room had 3 and that was fine for us! All rooms have a pool view which is a nice touch.
Grounds- are gorgeous lots of trees and plants which are so well kept! Also plenty of space and lots of sunbeds all around the pool and further back if you would prefer. Would also make a point of saying there is no need to reserve a sunbed as you could come down at anytime of the day and get one in the sun! There is a lot of walking required and a lot of stairs but everyone likes a bit of exercise on holiday.  My favourite bit of the grounds was cat corner where a group of cats hung around, they were friendly if you wanted to clap them but didn't annoy you if you didn't! (Another nice touch)
Food- as I said this really was my only negative. We went for dinner on the first night and there just wasn't much to choose from. Only one choice of soup which we found strange as in any other hotel we have always had two options. However any night we went for dinner the one soup on offer was lovely. In terms of mains it seemed everything was cooked in garlic, I love garlic but it was too much.  what is wrong with plain rice or a plain vegetable! Breakfast was brilliant though- selection of eggs (boiled, scrambled or fried), sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, bread, cold meats and cheeses, various spreads and jams and fruits. They also had pancakes everyday and churros on some days. Snacks are served from 10-12 and we preferred this to lunch, salad stuff and chips, hotdogs, burgers and bread with cheese and ham which we used to make toasties! So lunch and dinner weren't great but the snacks and breakfast were great.
Bars- pool bar is open from 10am-6pm and has self service soft drinks dispenser, fruit juice and water dispenser and a coffee machine. There is also a self service red, white and rose wine tap and a beer tap any other drinks can be ordered at the bar but you may wait a while as the member of staff is doing everything at once (clearing plates, putting them out etc). Around 4pm we liked to move upstairs to the other bar which had a lovely sun terrace and you could watch the sun set from there as well, nice setting to finish off the day before changing for evening. This bar is also an option to sit in at night (inside or out) along with the entertainment bar downstairs.
Staff- were all ok, friendly enough but nothing special like you would get in Greece! The friendliest one we came across was in the downstairs bar at night we think his name was Jose Moreno but not 100% we know was a Seville fan! So big pat on the back to him, he made an effort every time!
Location- although the hotel is in a quiet area there is a supermarket and a small commercial centre with a lovely wee pizza place and a couple of bars. There is also a free shuttle bus to the beach from the hotel, we didn't use this but definitely worth a mention.
Entertainment- saving the best till last! The entertainment team make the hotel. George, Radi, Jordan and Stelli work hard with a smile on their faces day and night around the pool, always inviting everyone to join in and chatting away anyway even  if you didn't join in. There is also a kids club and a mini disco for the kids every night which I'm sure will be a plus point for parents!  The entertainment team really do a great job and deserve every bit of praise going.
Would I go back to the hotel? if I got a good deal again then I definitely would, managed to find a couple of pizza places down the road so would go there if the food hasn't improved!

This hotel is really clean, the staff are kind, friendly and always smiling. Food was very good, in high standard. Beach is from hotel ten minutes walk, but it's a good thing, because we could go for walk everyday. And generally this place is really nice place for people who likes walking - from this hotel we could go for a little walk to the other side of the island.
The pool is really clean too, it was cleaned every day, witch I can't seen in any hotel.
As a guests we could participate fitness lesson everyday, which was awesome. We liked the most fitness with Stella from Bulgaria - really awesome person!
We recommend this hotel for everyone. Everything is really perfect there and we can enjoy our vacation for 100%.

Room tip: best views, fitness classes, kind staff

We found the hotel extremely clean with the gardens and public areas very well maintained. Food was of a good standard, as were drinks. The hotel is in a very isolated area with not much in the immediate vicinity, I personally preferred Caleta de Fuste for this reason. The rooms were very clean, with a nice sized balcony but a lack of plug sockets. The main let down for us was the lack of entertainment. We were there for 4 nights, there was nothing at all on the Sat evening and all of the others nights a performance was put on from the animation team. They did well with what they had but more professional acts from outside would have been better, as the entertained was only usually on from 9.30 for half an hour.

Arrived here 28th November and still here till 5th December......it's a lovely clean and comfortable hotel, worth every penny myself and friend paid, although if your mobility isn't very good maybe not, there's a lot of stairs. There is nothing at all close by eg:shops etc but only 3euros to nearest small shopping centre, where you can buy cigarettes etc.....there's a market on a Sunday which I found good for bags,purses,scarfs,trainers,t-shirt,sweatshirts.......back to the hotel....the food I never had a problem with at all (and I'm a fussy eater)....The pool is cleaned every day.....rooms are a nice size and comfortable, although not many plug sockets.....all in all we've had a nice relaxing holiday don't let the odd few people put you off
