“Good quality vs price”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

Quite surprisingly this apparently usual place makes a great opportunity to relax. Situated some 200 meters from the beach, equipped with a few small pools (do not think you willhave great swimming there but pleasant bath, yes) although looking quite big, the hotel offers really relaxing time, good privacy, relative silence and friendly and professional service. Perhaps it is because of original, colonial style architecture, perhaps because the type of people who come. Very international choice of residents - looks like Spaniards, British and Poles prevail, however, Germans, Dutch, French, Russians and others also come in some numbers - there is no domination of one natianality thus you avoid big noisy groups celebrating each evening. Most visitors are either quiet middle-aged or senior couples, sometimes youger families with small children - surprisingly nearly no ADHD teenagers who in other places (also in Costa teguise) willingly occupy swimming pools with all day energetic shouting and plushing. The service is friendly, professional, I was impressed by good practical Polish presented by some local staff. Simple rooms obsessively cleaned and basic facilities rather old or old fashioned but working. The only issue was food - from the point of choice and recipes everything was ok, but our impression was that the cooks failed to impress - as if not putting much heart into it.

Just spent a week half-board, in a 2-bed apt. Apt was spacious and clean, cleaned regularly. Hotel was very good, the only bad point would be the steps (so no good for wheelchairs). Food was very good, breakfast a little manic on 1st day, but after that was fine. Not equal to a UK 4 star, but an excellent place, family friendly and close to local beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Top holiday. Thanks

Spent a week here in Oct 2012 with 3 other ladies in a 2 bed apartment. apt was very clean and spacious, staff were freindly and very helpful and the rolls in the morning were a nice touch. Bathroom and Kitchen area were fine but could do with a refresh. Plenty of sunbeds so never had to rush to claim one before breakfast!

All in all had a great week and would certainly say in these apartments again.

Room Tip: try to get an apt on 2nd or 3rd floor

Nice hotel. We had a very big two stories room. Downstairs kitchen annex and living room and on the mezzanine sleeping room and big bathroom. The furnishing was a little bit old but the whole place was cosy. Near is Spar grocery but the sea is quite far but we get used to it. Mansion Nazaret has some small parking lot where you can park Your rented car. We didn't buy breakfast or dinners there so I cannot say anything about this. And overall I recommend this place.

Room Tip: Two stories room are ok.

went for a week of peace an quiet and didnt quite get it, but then again cant entirely blame the management.
nice big, clean rooms, with the usual distinct lack of cooking utensils - you would find it very difficult to cater for a family here I reckon.
dull, never changing breakfast, but great service, oh and go early before stuff runs out and then you can also join the rush for a sunbed, the demand only let up either when the weather wasnt perfect or the football was on.
had room 2126, nice view but was woken every morning at half 7 by the kitchen extraction fan on our roof, so avoid that one if you can, and probably the room next door too, and keep all your windows closed so the noise from the bars in the complex next door doesnt disturb your sleep either.
yes to have rolls delivered to your room is lovely but leave the wine alone, its foul.
should have returned to the atlantic gardens in playa blanca where we went two years ago for real peace an quiet - so, there ya have it, if youre a light sleeper like me and you want a REALLY quiet holiday and have to go to costa teguise pick somewhere further away from the centre, the northern part anywhere by the melia salinas looks a better bet.

Room Tip: avoid 2126 and the room next door as well, keep your windows closed and you will probably sleep bett...

Just got back from a week holiday, this place is lovely the wine when we arrived and the fresh buns every morning are a great touch. The staff make this complex always friendly and helpful and always smiling. The location is great in the middle of everything bus stop and taxi rank right outside. The apartment is comfy but simple and the beds are big and comfortable, there are 3 pool areas so no overcrowding. Will defiently be going back again.

Room Tip: 3 floors and no lift ,beware if not good with stairs

Stayed 7-11 Oct. Short break for me and my partner. It was perfect. Quiet pool area, no problem getting a sunbed. Apartment was clean and spacious. The complimentary bottle of wine was gorgeous! & it was nice that they left us bread rolls each morning. The bed was SO comfy, although no air con meant it was very hot during the night. Apartments are quiet and yet perfectly situated for bars and restaurants. There wasnt a huge array of food at meal times but we always enjoyed what we had. We will be going back with our son next time :-)
